On our ten-day Anniversary trip, the last two weeks, we spent way more than our share of time at this place! The food is good, the entertainment is always awesome, and the staff is amazing! The thing that made us keep going back.. a certain bartender/server named Cherie! She made us instantly feel welcomed and like part of the family. She is friendly, fun, a great drink maker, and such a delight top be around! I wish more servers were just like her! great hire, Monstah Lobstah (JD’s)… she kept us coming back for more! The ribeye steak was perfectly cooked, tender, and well seasoned. The red potatoes and green beans for the sides were a compliment to the steak. The house salad with blue cheese dressing was refreshing. The service was on point with the food. The rum runner was not blended well and bland.

Had an awesome night at Monstah Lobstah. We hung out at the bar and Cherie was running the karaoke bar and our section, and she absolutely made the night. The vibe was fun, upbeat, and way better than you would expect for a January night.
Karaoke was a blast, the crowd was into it, and the whole place just felt lively and welcoming. Service was great and the energy was contagious. Honestly one of those nights where you end up staying way longer than planned because you are having such a good time. We will definitely be back, especially when Cherie is working.

Great place! This restaurant has a very welcoming vibe. Big and open and feels like they are getting you ready for some lobstah goodness and they are! The food was delicious and the price is right too! There’s a bar out back and music was playing as well. Cool place! Definitely be back!!

Mt husband and I went there on 01/16/2025. He had the scallop entree. He found it to be quite salty as did I. We didn’t complain.
I had the clam appetizer. I loved it.
Our server Ryan was excellent.
We’ve been going to this location for years even prior to Crappy Bills taken over. Music was also very good! We’ll be going back but will mention not to add extra salt.
I’d prefer to add salt myself if needed.

This place is alright. I wanted it to be better, gut if I’m being honest, the food is mid at best. My first time coming, I got the lobster roll. It was extremely underwhelming. The server, Tobias was pretty awesome and the band was great too…. but that’s not what we came for.
Back to the food. We ordered the mussels, but they were extremely fishy and unsavory. So we sent them back for the little neck clams. They were incredible. It was a zesty, lemon, garlic sauce that was the star of the show!!!!
Those clams were so amazing that we came back the next day and the texture was absolutely different and so was the flavor. Who ever was in the kitchen the second night did not deliver. Sooo, the one item that brought us back was underwhelming as well.
Because the consistency is lacking and so is the flavor, I’m leaving 2 stars for this review. We frequent the area, so I want to encourage them to go down to Guppy’s and try the lobstercargot. They have consistently delivered flavorful chunks of lobster in butter AND garlic.

The food, monstah lobster melt, to say outstanding would be a understatement!! Totally tremendous!!! The service was a tad lacking based on the number of people in there which was very very low. Can’t wait to get back for a second time!!
The second trip was actually better than the first!! Really enjoyed the food, friendly service, and atmosphere. Our waitress, Leslie done a great job. Thank you Leslie. Table of 5 adults, 3 toddlers.

Must have arrived on a bad night after seeing all the good reviews. Asked about two of the lobster dishes but both were unavailable Waited a long time for the food in a largely empty restaurant. One of our dishes was taken by another customer and the replacement turned up undercooked. In fairness some of the food was ok. But another dish was wrong entirely. The maître d’ was apologetic and gave us a discount on the bill, which we appreciated. They said they weren’t expecting so many people. But we looked around…
