We went to this spot on my daughter’s birthday and to my surprise the food was good. I’m not a huge meat lover but these burgers was fire. The young man that was at the register was funny and very kind. The music was cool. It was for sure a good time.

I had the Natomas Burger cooked to medium rare so you know they are using fresh beef. The fries were excellent as well and I loved the condiments bar that they had on the side. I believe we found our favorite hamburger spot great atmosphere! Great customer service! New manager is so kind polite and great at what he is doing! At least I think he’s the manager the way he’s running the establishment! Foods always great! My photos don’t do it justice and every time I come to eat, I forget to take more photos

2 burgers ordered medium well to go. Both overcooked no pink and charred on the outside. When all you sell is burgers you should be able to cook them correctly. Also I very much dislike having to get all the toppings myself especially when getting to go. Also for a place specializing in burgers you should have some better pickles instead of cheap valasic type, so disappointing. Also the onion rings the batter was too thick and I wish they did light beer battered onion rings, thick panko is not great. It could a fantastic burger place but it’s just not. I also very much dislike their seating. No regular chairs only booths and pub height.

So I called the store and spoke with the manager. They refuse to do anything. They will not even appologize for this. My daughter has been vegetarian for almost 5 years and this is extremely upsetting. She trusted this restaurant and continued to eat the burger since she questioned the store and they confirmed it was a veggie patty. She ate half of the burger and started feeling sick. I used to eat here quite a bit and sadly, I will never come back here. The lack of care and attention to details in this situation is unforgivable. You simply cannot trust this place if you are vegetarian, they will purposely give you real meat and call you a liar if you dare to address them. There are plenty of better burger places that respect vegetarians.

I ordered the fish and chips and they were not good at all. Someone else ordered the burger and said it was good. The fries were pretty good, they had a good crisp. The milkshake however was very good. I would go back to this place and try something else. The workers were very friendly and helped provide me info to make a decision what on what to order. They talked me into the milkshake and it was well worth it. The restaurant had plenty of seating and even for larger groups.

This place is legit. Burgers are juicy and they have fresh toppings at the topping bar so you can make your burger exactly like you want it. I think the most fascinating thing is their grill. It’s a spinning grill when your meat is constantly moving as the flames come through the grates.

We were traveling from LA to Seattle and “googled” for places to eat near I5 in Sacramento. This place was one of many that came up. We were hungry for burgers. Monsoon Burgers did not disappoint. Great burger(tasty), service and friendliness. Check it out!
