Food is really good. But not astonishing. Warm bread… Service is great. Frank always made sure we were assisted and doubled ensure clients were happy. Appetizers are delicious. The vibe/atmosphere is nice, music is calm and perfect to talk, the crowd and regulars are very respectful. The bar seem really nice.

This restaurant is genuinely a long island hidden gem! everything was 10/10!! The owner and staff were so kind and comforting. My family came here to celebrate my parents anniversary and we couldn’t have picked a more perfect place. We got seated right away with no reservation and they let us decorate the table as well! The food came out fast and was super fresh and mouth watering!! Portions are worth every penny! It’s halal meat which was amazing to see for an italian restaurant! I genuinely recommend coming here especially if you want to host an event they even have a private room if needed! The vibes are definitely there and you can also get some insta worthy pictures!

We had such a nice dinner at Monroe’s in Westbury. We started with the calamari, it was crispy, really good, and the accompanying sauces were perfect. The surf and turf was cooked perfectly, and the pork chop on the menu was tender and full of flavor. They also had plenty of interesting sounding dinner specials. Drinks were great, and the service was extremely attentive and very nice.
Planning to go back again for dinner and definitely want to try their brunch too!

First time coming here and the waiters were nice but when I ordered the ribeye medium they gave it to me near well done. And when I brought it up as an issue, they disregarded it as “that’s what I ordered”. Tried to eat it, couldn’t finish it. Idk, maybe the picture can explain it better than I can.

From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, this restaurant was amazing. Monroe’s offers a cozy feel, with amazing staff and welcoming smiles.
We started out with drinks and appetizers. Our waiter was very knowledgeable about the menu and helped guide us to delicious appetizer choices. I had the eggplant rollatini special and my dad had the clams orreganata. I order items with vodka sauce quite frequently and this was the best I have ever had. It was smooth and creamy with amazing flavor! The homemade focaccias bread was delicious and airy, the perfect piece of bread to soak up the remainder of the sauces from our appetizers (because it was too good to leave a single drop).
For dinner I ordered the skirt steak, medium rare. The marinade was sensational, and the skirt steak cut like butter! It was cooked to perfection. Even the vegetables and potatoes it came with were delicious. My dad ordered the penne Ala vodka and added chicken cutlet to the dish. He couldn’t stop raving about it.
We were so full after our appetizers and main entrees, but the dessert menu was too tempting. We shared a slice of the raspberry cheesecake and oh my goodness, if you like cheesecake, order this! They make it in house and it was the perfect sweet treat to end our dining experience. I paired it with a cappuccino. Monroe’s doesn’t disappoint, even to the last detail. My cappuccino had a cute cinnamon heart on top.
Overall, Monroe’s was truly a delightful and pleasant experience. We will definitely be returning and recommending to all of our friends and family!

This is an overdue review, but no less great! We hosted my mom’s 80th birthday back in August. From the moment I contacted the restaurant, Hoss, the owner and chef, was wonderful to work with! He was very easy going, understanding, and a pleasure to work with.
We were supposed to have the smaller section of the restaurant since we had fewer people required for the larger, private room. Then, when we arrived the day before to drop off decorations, favors, etc. he offered us the larger room since it wasn’t booked for another party.
The staff working our party was also amazing. I wish I remembered their names to give them a shoutout. And, their catering menu was easy to navigate , very reasonably priced, and extremely delicious!
I would highly recommend hosting your next event at Monroe’s or making a reservation for a delicious meal!
