Met my friend for lunch here because it’s a halfway point for us. We arrived on a weekday as they were opening. The service was good and pretty fast but we only ordered small bites. Quesadillas and wings and fries. Everything was cooked well and tasted good. Really quiet place with good food and service.

Had a delicious blue cheese wedge salad complimented with a dinner of snapper and savoy spinach and sliced potatoes…tasty and fresh,making me feel like I just had dinner at the beach
My husband had the 7 oz fillet mignon…cooked to perfection with a side order of carrots. Folks it doesn’t get much better than This!
And we were surprised with a fabulous cheese cake for our birthday dessert

Chicken skewer appetizer had no flavor and wasn’t that warm.
Chicken teriyaki dinner. Rice was undercooked. Tasted like a microwave dinner.
Ribeye steak with broccoli. Meat had no flavor. Broccoli was cold.
Still advertising as 390 prime outside hotel and website has both names.
Would never go back

390 Prime is a hidden gem. Located in a Double Tree in Monroe, NJ, 390 Prime has a great offering of steak options with some great sides. The restaurant itself is spacious and the service was really good. My wife and I had the NY Strip and Ribeye with Ginger carrots, mushrooms, a baked potato and the Korean BBQ pork as an appetizer.
The steaks were cooked to our preference and all of the sides were delicious! The quality of service cannot be overstated. The manger and staff were pleasant, attentive and helpful!

Brand new hotel and restaurant, I was pleasantly surprised with the ambiance. Food is really good, decently priced. The shrimp cocktail sauce that they make here is delicious. Great dining experience with the family. Servers were top notch. Good job Hilton!

This is the second time I have dined here on a business trip, both experiences were awful service and the food was not good. The first trip the bartender over charged my card $120 and it took 30 minutes to resolve. Tonight I sat at the bar and it took 15 minutes to be greeted even though there only 3 other bar guests. I have worked service industry for years so it takes a lot for me to leave a bad review. The only enjoyable thing about tonight was the garden salad. I ordered the chicken rustico and the bartender forgot to put in my order , it took 45 minutes for my food to come out and it was not good, chicken was rubbery, the mashed potatoes were cold and the sauce was horribly over salted. Not once in an hour and half was my drink refilled and I had to ask 3 times for a water. I love staying at this hotel and it’s unfortunate the restaurant is so bad, clear sign of untrained staff both front of house and kitchen, and lack of management. I’ll be driving to another restaurant off site at future hotel stays.

What a nice surprise to see a such a good place in a hotel. Highly recommend the Mediterranean plater and calamari. Simple menu but they paid attention to quality. The manager even came around to see if everyone is happy. Great place to eat especially when staying at the hotel.
