This review is long overdue. Been coming here for years. The guys and I meet up here multiple times monthly, especially when it’s nice outside. The beer is fantastic, the food is delicious, and the service is friendly. I suggest an IPA or a King George, but all the beer is worth trying. They always have new options and rotating drafts. Local brewery + good food = winning

Decided to stop by Monnick last night for dinner. Visiting from out of town. It’s not often that I have found a brewery which the food is as good as the beer. We were blown away! The best meal we have had during our time in Louisville. We all shared the braised short ribs, pork belly pasta, bee sting flatbread, and chicken liver mousse…incredible. Highly recommend!!

Just had a super lovely lunch with my friend. I got a Paul bunyan cocktail and the hot brown flat bread and what a fantastic combo that was. I was super stoked about it. Everything and everyone in this place is very cute. The staff are so sweet and friendly.

Beer selection is great. The food leaves a lot to be desired. I ordered the baked salmon toast and it appeared and tasted like canned fish scooped on toasted white bread for $18. For some reason I was picturing a true baked salmon fillet. I could have made tuna salad on bread at home for a fraction of the price. Fries were good but cold. It was mediocre. I’d go for a beer but skip the food.

10/10!! Great food, great drinks, and great people. The schnitzel sandwich was delicious and I’ve not stopped talking about it. Friend got the pork belly pasta, pesto was incredible and fresh. We’ll definitely be coming back soon!

Great staff and food on our trip to Kentucky. We were there when they were setting up for a street festival, so parking was challenging, but the food was wonderful.

First off thank you Tristan for an amazing experience! Me and my wife were able to do an awesome flight to start our night, being able to tell our server what we liked and them suggest things along that.
