It’s difficult to be disappointed by a simple mall pretzel, yet here we are. Most of the time, this location is out of pretzels, and they ask if you’ll wait 30 minutes for a new batch. I do not want a pepperoni pretzel bite – I just want a regular pretzel. They also overcharge significantly: the listed menu price of one pretzel is 3.69 but at checkout my total was $5, paid with cash.

I sometimes come here to buy pretzels for lunch. I usually just get the plain ones. The others except for cinnamon and sugar don’t come with a lot of seasonings on it. Be careful of buying stale pretzels. I had this happened to me once when I came too early. Coming around lunch time should be safe.

We go here all the time, like weekly and always order cinnamon pretzel balls and they give you icing to dip and I order orangeade and it’s yummy. Today I’m told I need to pay .66 cents for icing after I pay for order realizing I didn’t get any this time for the first time ever!! And my orangade is yellow and cappy bottom of the barrel drink. WTH!! Needless to say I left can’t eat my cinnamon balls cause no icing and threw drink away! Thanks so much. MERRY Christmas!

I got a cinnamon sugar pretzel and a Sierra Mist. When i stuck the straw in the drink, i noticed flecks floating in the drink, i removed the lid and to my utter HORROR the specks were gnats and some other small black bugs. I was disgusted and got my money back. I will not be returning. Ew.
