This is a great little restaurant in Loudon. The old train depot. It’s has a little of the old mixed with hints of a sports bar.
I ordered the Mushroom Swiss burger and my wife had the Pulled Pork Tacos. The dishes presented well and the food was hot.
The service was very good and our glasses never ran dry without refills.
It’s a nice place to have a meal.

Monkey Town Brewing & Restaurant is an adorable place in a cute town. The decor & atmosphere was charming and the staff was friendly. It’s clean, they have many options for drinks & food, and the first room when you enter even has books & ice cream. It’s definitely a quaint place to try out. The food was okay, not the best but not terrible. It is wheelchair accessible and there’s decent parking.

They have a ramp for folks with mobility issues but it’s a long walk up and around to the level entrance.
Bathroom stalls are not handicapped accessible. You can not fit a walker or wheel chair in the stalls.
But we enjoy the atmosphere and service and it’s an historical train depot. Neat spot.
Macaroni and cheese is out of this world great.
There BBQ pork is ok. I prefer mine smoked but alot of people like it baked.
The pretzel and beer cheese is a must.
But they do not serve coffee. Wierd?

So this was our 2nd visit. The 1st time we kind of stumbled onto this place and are glad we did! We were seated quickly, and the staff was friendly and helpful. They have a great collection of craft beers. Looking at thee menu I had a hardtime deciding for a flight it was! Surprisingly, my husband and son both couldn’t choose one from their samples and also did flights! Too many to choose from. This was the 1st time we have eaten here and the food was just amazing! Not to mention the portion sizes are pretty big for the price. It was so hard to stop eating the irish nachos while I waited for my sliders. Never had sliders like this but have quickly become a fan! The fries, while there was no special seasoning to them, were probably some of the most perfectly cooked fries I have ever had. We did not have one bad thing between us and will definitely be going back. Oh, did I forget to mention, they are located in an old train depot next to the tracks…how cool is that! Highly recommend a visit, you will not be disappointed.

Location great! Atmosphere a definite like, However, the service is unfortunately lacking here. New employee greeting at the door, very confused if there is even a beer menu or description of such offered. I waited awhile at a table… no service.. asked again and was promptly served by Ariel from the bar. Ariel was able to provide me a link to explore their menu of beers, unfortunately that menu didn’t offer the same availability as on the board of beers near the bar.(confusing when ordering) When I asked for advice or information on the beers offered.. I was told unfortunately she Ariel (bartender)couldn’t tell me anything as she is under 21 knows nothing about the taste or options of the beers… this is a BREWERY WITH TASTINGS … and offered flights to sample.. why isn’t the person serving them educated on this, if for nothing else , for better marketing. I will say Ariel did her best to make my experience better and did a great job of that, for the rest of my visit.I unfortunately don’t see this place staying open too long though with such service…sad to say! Could be a great needed addition for Loudon

We did not have a wait. Service was great. Sliders were very good. My husband enjoyed his beer flight. We will go back if in the area.

Awesome building. We were greeted by friendly, but frazzled, staff. It was obvious that they are looking for employees, but the service was not really lacking. The beers we tried were all rather good. The Irish nachos weren’t very good as the chips were burnt and the corned beef would be better shredded instead of chopped. It really lacked flavor and we barely touched it. The pretzel, however, was fantastic and huge! Great with the mustard or the beer cheese. The overall atmosphere was great.

Great place, BUT, AVOID BURGERS! We’ve tried (and enjoyed) much of their menu… HOWEVER , tonight, we were very disappointed in the burgers. The patties (double) are frozen, and sub Wal-Mart processed, pale, funky tasting (you can see the the holes in the patty like a convenience store burgers) in the patties. THAT SAID, we loved the presentation with a great bun, and condiments. Our fries were “cool-cold” but they fixed that quickly… BBQ sauce was great, and presentation was terrific. Service was great and beer was very good. We probably won’t be back and prefer a Freddie’s smash style burger (when we are in the mood for a greasy burger) We want to support our hometown joints, but, stay away from burgers and you’ll enjoy MTBC…

Great little gym with unique menu at absolutely delicious treats! The tuna lettuce wraps were GREAT! Service was really friendly, while still being respectful of conversation as I was catching up with a friend I hadn’t seen in quiet some time
