We had the nicest server for our first visit! Came out 51 looking for some where new to stop! We decided on the Monkey and so glad we did! The food was so good! Lots of TVs for the games! Specially loved the hearty French onion soup and mile high pot roast!!! You guys do it right!

Been about 6yrs since I’ve been in here. Hailey was amazing, Super friendly and never had empty drink. Also go food. Got the Cajun chicken supreme sandwich little spicy, but worth it.

Stopped by for fish fry on a very, busy Friday evening. Grabbed corner seats at the bar, those girls were really working their butts off! Fish on a Dish w/ fries + slaw = very good!! My partner had the pierogis that were DELICIOUS!

Oh my god! Amazing food. Everything was fresh and delicious! The buffalo chicken sandwich is outta this world! Great balance between spice and flavor. The chicken was perfectly battered and fried to juciy perfection. Really impressed with the food! Staff was fantastic and attentive. Cant wait to come back for a gorilla next time!!!

Definitely try out Monkey Bar for a casual meal. It has a nice and very clean atmosphere, and a new outdoor seating area too. Food was good too: my Monkey Burger was excellent, French onion soup yummy. Nachos not so good (they use their own chili as topping instead of Mexican-seasoned ground beef), potato skins were great, great big dill pickle slice, yummy yummy yummy!
Our server was fast and efficient but not affirmatively friendly. She needs to work on that.
Restrooms were located in the basement down a steep flight of stairs so beware if that’s an issue for you.
All in all, a good experience. Do yourself a favor and make the trip to try out the food and drink at Monkey Bar!

Order the Cajun wings….I dare you. Maybe it was an off night because it was a game night. I walked in ordered a blue moon which came quickly at first. Customer service was okay, asked me for a menu and i requested wings. I saw “monkey sauce” and asked about the “monkey sauce” to the bartender who didnt know and the “patron” next to me (who ended up being the manager/owner) said it was just salt and pepper so I said I wanted Cajun seasoning if they had it and they said yes. About 20 minutes after I finished my beer (the manager/owner had to ask me if I wanted another one because the bartender dissappeared.)I got my wings and they were VERY bland so I asked for extra Cajun seasoning…..big mistake. It might as well be food color powder. There is not a lick of salt or flavor in the seasoning. Very dissapointed, won’t be back.

Food is super good and their long islands are the best but don’t go there unless you’re paying cash. We went there and they charged us 2x. We asked to speak to a manager who they stated was present, got hung up on, called back again and they stated she wasn’t there. Apparently this isn’t the first time that this has happened to customers. Now we have to deal with our credit card company. Super disappointed and seems pretty shady.

I’ve been to Monkey Bar 100+ times. Today I brought my father in law and sister in law for the first time from out of town. Sadly, we were treated like total outcasts. I watched 2 waitresses go to every table but ours numerous times until a new girl came in for her shift. It was almost like we weren’t their problem so “oh well”. In fact, they wouldn’t even look at us to try and get our attention. I never write reviews, but this was very disheartening from a repeat customer. Especially for a day I brought extended family bc I brag about this place.

The food was good for the price (not super expensive). I ordered the bbq bacon burger 1/4lbs, wish they had different size burgers. Not very much bacon on the burger but the veggies were fresh on it. Onion rings were the best I’ve had in a long time! I also got an order of wings, very good wings. They only come dry rub, you order sauce on the side (which they charge you for) There was a slight mix up when my order arrived but they were busy so it’s understandable. Parking can be interesting when busy being the lot is on the smaller side. I’d go back again but probably when it’s more calm.
