Monkee Joe’s is one of our favorites. They have Vanillla Malts for me and they put a lot of cookie dough in the Twisters for my fiancée. Monkee Joe’s is pretty fast and they have the most options of all ice cream places anywhere in Lynchburg.

I love the hersheys ice cream here and the service is usually on point. They have soft serve that I will try next time. It is a little pricey but that may be due to the cost of things these days.

Great ice cream! Lots of flavors and options on how to enjoy it. I love a rootbeer float, and this place has a good one. I would suggest looking at all the flavors online because it’s a lot. We had a couple cones, a rootbeer float, and a healthy slice of cheesecake dipped in chocolate on a stick! Everything was tasty. So go get yourself some tasty, and try something new!

Second time here. First visit had the Hershey Coffee Ice Cream.
Today I couldn’t decide between the Key Lime or Watermelon soft serve. The worker said she could swirl them….sold lol 🙂

Come here with my son for our ice cream date occasionally as they have all my favorite flavors. This evenings visit ended in disappointment when a third of the way through my 2 scoop waffle cone I pulled a long hair from INSIDE the cone Stuck in the icecream and cone. I couldn’t finish it after pulling that out. I’m not one to leave negative reviews…. But it was really gross.

Overall monkey Joe’s provides a quality dessert product at a reasonable price. The weight staff was prompt, respectful, and courteous. The root beer float was large and tasty. Our dog enjoyed the pup cup. Overall a good experience at a reasonable price.
