Service staff is polite but not very experienced. We were encouraging and patient but they do need more attention from management. Management was nowhere to be found. The pizza was cooked perfectly and you can tell the prep cooks for pizza know what they are doing. They are the reason for the rating. Keep it up! We will be back because if them.

Absolutely INCREDIBLE food and experience! The spaghetti is absolutely fantastic. Perfectly al dente noodles, and a perfectly sweetened, and slightly acidic marinara sauce.
I also can’t forget to mention the service! Our waiter, Julie, gave us by far one of the best experiences we’ve ever had at a restaurant, she was super kind and caring the whole way through! (If anyone from management is reading this, consider giving her a pay raise!)
Absolute 10/10 experience. Definitely a must-go if you want some delicious food!

We ordered the delight family pleaser tonight. The salad was very fresh and very good. The pizza was cooked perfectly and ranked as one of the best we’ve ever had! Our server was very personable and very efficient.

Have ate at 1 other location and didn’t think it could get much better, was surprised to find out I was wrong. Pizza was amazing and the pepperolis were really good aswell. Service was pretty good considering the amount of people in there at the time of our visit.

Waited several minutes to be seated, 7 people walked past and didn’t acknowledge us. No one ever did. There were 8 booths in my view that were empty but not cleared of dishes. They seemed to have people, so I’m not sure what the issue was. No one ever took our name, or offered to seat us. We finally gave up and left. What a disappointment.

Quinton is outstanding he went above and beyond to make my 1st experience with monicals good, but the pizza was so so for 35 bones, 3 topping large!!!! Mods gives you free unlimited toppings for free,Lil Ceasars taste better and way cheaper, Pizza king is worth that kind of jack!

First time here, we had the Veggie pizza deep dish and it was delicious, reminds me of Chicago’s pizza that used to be in Terre Haute, not quite that awesome but close 🙂 also had the mozzarella cheese sticks and they were ok, extremely stringy cheese was afraid to let my little ones eat those. The girls were always moving keeping the place clean and making sure the customers wanted for nothing, good crew. It is a little on the pricey side, my large pizza was $23 but it tasted very fresh and crisp so worth it. I’ll be a customer again. Wish they had some video games or something to keep the kids entertained like the old table top video games would be cool. Back in the day right lol. Great food.
