The staff at Monical’s was very friendly. The dining area thoroughly cleaned and the tables were not sticky. The food service was quick. My family ordered a pizza and they enjoyed it. I ordered cheese tortellini and it was really good. I would recommend this place when you bring your family into town.

i would give no stars if i could. got sat at a dirty table. never seen my server, just some kid with headphones and basketballs shorts on bringing us our stuff. food was cold and had a fingernail in it. not cut properly. my friend couldn’t even get a refill on her pepsi for pete sake, we were really looking forward to our only pepsi’s for the week!!!! . couldn’t tell who worked here and who didn’t, no uniforms set in place. waited 20 minutes just for the server to come back with our checks, kayanah needs more training with her serving skills.. craziest experience ive had in a long time. DO BETTER!!!! i’ll pray for this place to get better someday

Very rude, and disrespectful. They forgot about my order, after sitting for an hour or so with cold breadsticks waiting for a simple (large) 1 topping pepperoni pizza, a nice lady came up and offered a 50% discount. For our troubles. When we went to leave they told us the total and it was way higher then expected even at full price. So we questioned it. And the owner came out of the back with a very rude, and fast paced attitude. Didn’t even ask us what the issue was – proceeded to tell us his prices went up and that a large 1 topping pizza costs 27.00 dollars???? He also was very rude in front of us to his waitress for giving us the 50% discount. Once he figured out she had done that, he then kicked my family and myself out!!!

Service is great and prices were fairly reasonable. I like their breadsticks and some of their side dishes better than their pizza. However, I’m not a great fan of thin crust. If you are a fan of crispy, thin crust than you may really like their pizza.

The food was good but the Service was an ABSOLUTE JOKE!! Our waitress didn’t come back and check on us at all.. brought our drinks out in paper cups.. didn’t bring our food to us . A guy from the kitchen brought our food and I asked him about the paper cups and for refills.. I called the front for our ticket and a to go box after we waited for I don’t know how long.. I gave the tip to the guy in the back.

Staff and food was great. FOX on the tv was offensive. I would think a station that supported a coup and about to be found liable in a 1.2 billion lawsuit for spreading lies and disinformation, would be a bad choice for business, but I guess management has not figured that out yet. I did t want to embarrass my elderly parents walking out… or I would have spent my money elsewhere. I generally refuse to patronize any businesses owned or operated by Traitor Trash.. obviously with Fox on the tv.. the standards are low… very low.
