Used to love Monicals. Each experience I feel it gets a little worse. Between prices, and the half full containers we get it just makes it harder and harder to be our go to.
Also. Heart shaped pizza? I worked at a pizza place for a few years and would’ve sent this back. I get it can’t look like the good done up photo op images but c’mon. It looks more like a heart AFTER I took my first slice. $18 for THAT small amount “for 2”

This location was EMPTY on a Saturday and now I know why. My family of four were asked to pay prior to being seated which was odd. Two older white women were seated across from my table and guess what, they were able to order from their seats. I wont be back. I’m from Chicago and the pizza is better there.

Used to be really good until like 3 years ago, pizza sucks now, they put way to much of something that’s garlic and it’s just to much, I’m having leftovers of it rn and I just took a bite out of it and didn’t want it because it tasted like straight garlic, this literally happens each time I go to this Monicals, everything else is amazing besides the food tho lol, this is probably the worst monicals around tho, just take your time and drive to mountzion Monicals. The best monicals is in Shelbyville if your wanting amazing food

I absolutely love Monical’s!! It is always a priority visit whenever I am home visiting. I wish they had one where I live in Florida!! Their French dressing is the only reason I eat salad! Lol! The best!!

We had a take out order and ordered our usual pizzas and usually don’t have any issues. To make a long story short, our pizzas were burnt and not the little extra crispy kind. So I contacted the South Shores manager who offered to deliver 2 hot and fresh pizzas! I didn’t repeat this interaction to several different people or on various media’s, Monical’s just offered a quick resolution, excellent customer service, and once again have very satisfied customers! Thank you for your attention.

Pizza with lots of flavor and the never skimp you on the toppings you order. My go to is the pan pizza that was a good thick crust to it with lots of fluffiness and flavor. Monical’s is known for their thin crust pizza with their special Monical sauce that is a must when partnered with thin pizza. Ver enjoyable and the atmosphere of movie posters from when I was a child adds to a nice surprisingly nostalgic environment.
The staff are always friendly and paying before you sit down makes this a nice quick meal.
