I’ve been going to mangolian grill for a long time and this is the first time I’ve had a bad experience. Walked in and the “general manager” was rude as all could be. I pushed it to the side until she threw our silverware and straws on the table. I told her we would be leaving. Acted like we were an inconvenience to her even tho nobody customers were there.

Great food, restaurant needs a good cleaning. I mean close down for a day and clean the whole place. But the the food is so good, I’ll risk it being dirty

Good service. But prepared my meal with Chicken. Got there at 11 when they opened the Chicken still had ice. I noticed the cook hacking on chicken with his machete pushing it around the drum. Got it to go when I got home not one piece of Chicken , he must of snuffed it off when I wasn’t looking. Never going back unbelievable

Our straws and silverware were literally thrown on the table at us. The waitress is less than friendly as she barks orders across the room at everyone. The restaurant is filthy, including the grill. The sauces were frozen at noon, near the rotten broccoli. The noodles are in the middle of the buffet so the waitress can yell at you to start there and then go back to the beginning of the line… luckily there was no line- I could go on, but I feel this is enough of a warning. Oh- for 5 people, 90$.

Everything seemed dirty. Table, bowls, floor. Food is EXPENSIVE for what you are getting. Supposedly offer different size bowls, only one size available (very few clean ones) and automatically got charged large ($20 for noodles that tasted flat out bad, could of gotten regular lomein somewhere else for $13 and it would of tasted good). Cross contamination seems likely so don’t eat here if you have any allergies or diet restrictions. Staff were fine, not bad, but certainly wouldn’t consider this place to have excellent service.
