Atlas Restaurant Group presents Monarque, a French brasserie in Baltimore’s Harbor East neighborhood. Monarque’s menu features dry-aged steaks, fresh seafood & modern takes on French classics. To complement the menu, Monarque’s beverage program is highlighted by over 500 French wine labels. Transporting guests to another time and place while being rooted in the present, Monarque hosts a rotation of acts every weekend, with Baltimore’s best jazz musicians, cabaret vocalists, burlesque dancers, and more. Monarque is open to guests of all ages Tuesday and Wednesday. Thursday, Friday, and Saturday only adults are permitted to dine. On weekends, parties of 1-5 will dine for 2 hours, parties of 5-8 for 2.5, and parties of 9 for 3 hours.

Had my birthday dinner here and I have to say it was a great experience. The atmosphere is very calm yet energetic. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly with everything. Our server was amazing she was very knowledgeable on the food and pairing the right wine for dinner. The drinks are really good and the pricing is great for the drinks. The food was absolutely amazing, the steaks were amazing, the specials on the menu were very nice, I have the waygu steak and the sides.were as good as the steak. I highly recommend checking them out for a great evening out for drinks or dinner er with entertainment.

Wife Ordered the chicken main dish was ok and bland.
I Ordered the dry aged steak. It was great with the bon marrow. Nice presentation.
As a former pastry chef I was really excited for dessert, but I was soo disappointed….. Profiteroles…just felt like jack and jill ice cream. No presentation. Barely any caramel or apple sauce. It was sad.
Overall its a nice date night….

Listen I have never had a better dining experience in my life. From the service, to the show to the chef coming out so we could commend him on how phenomenal the meal was. We celebrated my friends birthday and we could not have asked for a better place.

Stopped by Monarque for happy hour after work and definitely was pleasantly surprised by the fun, nostalgic decor, the fantastic happy hour options, and the relatively easy parking during happy hour timeframe. We tried the martini and a glass of the happy hour wine offerings, as well as both raw and Rockefeller oysters, truffle fries, salmon puff (which was my personal favorite), and the mussels. If you are looking for a great spot for a date right after work. The happy hour options here are a fantastic value, everything was delicious. I particularly recommend the salmon puff and the mussels!

We wanted to try French for dinner and this place didn’t disappoint. The food was amazing and the band and burlesque show made the evening even more enjoyable. You should definitely give this restaurant a try.

Run to Monarque! Came all the way from DC and wondered if the food would be as good as the show. Both blew my expectations. We had a front row table for the first cabaret/ burlesque show and it was excellent. The food was some of the best French we’ve had (sorry le diplomat).

Suuuuch a great time here. The food was amazing, and the service was superb. I will say that it is quite loud even without the performances going on. Therefore, if you’re looking for a quiet dinner, this probably isn’t the place for you. This is more of an expensive restaurant, but the food is well worth it – portion and taste wise. The Empêchement cocktail was my choice of drink for the night. Glad I chose it, too.

I was there only once, unfortunately, I live a few hours away. The food was very delicious both the appetizers and the entrées. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was fantastic. Don’t look at the Google rating this place is 5 out of 5. The only thing I didn’t try was dessert (I don’t eat sweet stuff). Highly recommended! A++++

The vibes are fantastic. Everything we ate was delicious. Entertainment was phenomenal and really fun. We had everything we needed and our server was great, and support staff was very attentive as well. The pacing is really nice because you get to enjoy the vibes and finish each course without feeling rushed. This is a great place to go on a double date! We loved it and will 100% be back to try what we didn’t get to. 10/10.
