This small Korean restaurant has been one of my go-to spots since 2022, and I can confidently say the owners and staff are consistently kind, courteous, and committed to providing great service. It’s a nice place with a welcoming atmosphere, and while it can get quite busy during peak lunch and dinner hours, arriving around 2pm usually means a quieter experience.

At times, the staff may appear a bit understaffed, but it’s clear they’re doing their absolute best to serve every customer with care and attention. I truly appreciate their effort and hospitality.

The food here is always satisfying. My personal favorite is their special combo of Gal Bi and Dumpling Tofu Soup. The Gal Bi is incredibly tender and flavorful, and the soup is comforting and well-balanced. Plus, the unlimited sides are a great touch—just let the staff know, and they’ll happily bring more.

Whether you’re stopping by for lunch or dinner, this place delivers a consistently enjoyable experience. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates authentic Korean cuisine and genuine service.

Came in for a meal at 8:10 pm. Staff made us feel welcome even though we got there close pretty late for dinner. Tried their wings for appetizer. Chicken was cooked perfectly and extremely juicy. We tried the Bulgogi beef and seafood rice pots. Both tasted excellent.

Small Korean food restaurant. Play comfortable seating but tables are closed when the room is full. The food is delicious. I can’t get enough of the ramen broth. Try one of their crispy fried pancakes, you’ll be pleased.

Korean place with good vegan options. Items are labelled vegetarian on the menu, some items need to be modified to be made vegan. Clarify that the banchans are vegan (they have fish cake sometimes). Like greens, bean sprouts, and fried tofu banchan they have. Bathroom was nice and clean.

Love the mushroom tofu soup, really flavorful and they are generous with the mushrooms. Also got the hot stone tofu bibimbap, make sure to ask for no egg to make it vegan. Good option to go to if going with a group of omnis, can also accomodate larger groups as well but would consider making a reservation if the party is 6+.

Dombe noodles were delicious, the broth was rich but not super oily, pork was very tender. Tables, seats and floors were clean. Service was quick and friendly. They also have kpop videos playing on the tv in the back too which is fun

Love love mom’s tofu! We came here on a Wednesday night for dinner and it was not too packed. We ordered the usual:

– Regular Fried Chicken
– Spicy Fried Chicken
– Army Stew
– Seafood Pancake
– Bulgogi Dolsot Bibimbap

Everything was amaziiiiiing! Seafood pancake and the spicy fried chicken are my husband and I’s favorites. We always order it when we eat at Mom’s Tofu in SSF. We’re happy that the food and quality are similar.

Love their sirloin bimbimbop! It has crispy rice from the bottom. My favorite. Vegetable pancakes are thick and crispy. Would definitely come back to try other things.

This is a restaurant that I pass by all the time so figured I should give it a try to see how Korean restaurants compare to South Bay. I’m honestly underwhelmed. The banchan is so so and kimchi is over fermented (meaning not as fresh). I originally was going to try the tofu soup but saw the big picture of budae jiggae posted all over the restaurant so figured why not give it a try. Budae Jiggae for those who doesn’t know is based upon the story that after the Korean war, many Korean don’t have enough food so they took leftovers from US military and cooked sausages, spam, and cheese along with traditional kimchi soup. Honestly, the pictures are misleading as the portions of the ingredients are much smaller. It’s not bad but just not delicious for me to order it again. Maybe I’m spoiled by Korean food in South Bay or LA but it’s just too bland.

They have great food that’s super tasty, in particular the kimchi and green onion pancake is delicious and very filling. Also, I really liked the mushroom and tofu soup. We also had a young child with us, so they gave us free korean seaweed to feed him. Very nice customer service!

Kalbi is always a favorite here. The tenderness of the meat is amazing!

Update: tried the cold noodles. Loved that they include a piece of Kalbi!
