Reviews
The food:
We ordered six dishes to share. Here were the standouts:
Salt & Pepper Chicken Wings ($14.25): Incredible value for an enormous serving. They arrived piping hot with crisp skin and savory seasoning.
Shrimp Spring Rolls ($7.99): A refreshing counterpoint to the fried wings. Packed with vibrant vegetables and fresh shrimp.
BBQ Cut Beef Ribs ($17.49): Korean-style ribs that were tender, juicy, and well-marinated.
Filet Mignon Pho ($16.75): A generous portion with plenty of rice noodles and rare beef. The broth was flavorful and aromatic without being oily or heavy.
Service and atmosphere:
The service is personable and welcoming. Special thanks to Rose and Chef Tam for sharing the history of the restaurant and their menu recommendations.
Overall:
A great place to take family or small / large groups for a warm, hearty meal. Recommended for the pedigree of the chef and the warmth of the service.
I also liked that they were able to substitute the phoa noodles for egg noodles.
Overall, we would definitely come back, but stick to the phoa.
I highly recommend his establishment that never disappoints.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at this wonderful Vietnamese restaurant, and it’s safe to say it’s now one of my favorite spots in town! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and attentive service that made us feel like family.
The restaurant exudes a charming mom-and-pop vibe—cozy, inviting, and filled with a sense of authenticity. Everything was impeccably clean, from the dining area to the utensils, which immediately set a high standard for the meal to come.
Their signature pho with beef rib is truly a masterpiece. The broth was rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced, with the beef rib cooked to tender perfection—it literally fell off the bone. We also couldn’t resist their crispy chicken wings, which were seasoned and fried to absolute perfection, delivering a satisfying crunch with every bite.
If you’re looking for a place that combines heartfelt service, delicious food, and a welcoming atmosphere, this is it. Highly recommended for anyone craving authentic Vietnamese cuisine. I’ll definitely be back soon!
