Salads are so tasty. They are very busy during lunch hours which is always good! They didn’t have any salmon burgers both times that I’ve been here, but the broccoli burger on top of the salad is so good! Staff is very friendly.

Love moms for their healthier breakfast and lunch options that don’t compromise on taste. Presentation is beautiful and the food is always fresh and portions more than ample for the average appetite. Great coffee and pastries and bread try it you’ll love it too.

Amazing food!!! Incredible service. The babka is the best in NY. Recommend the French toast and the paninis (spinach and pizza are heaven!!!!)
Ask for server Ethan – he is adorable and hilarious. Very attentive. Love this cozy, delicious shoppe.

While the food is delicious, buyer be ware !
What upset me the most is overcharging me for a salad that was on the menu for $12.95. The woman at the register said I owe $21 and change. When I asked how that was possible she said it was the tax. I knew that didn’t make sense so she begrudgingly added it up again and the bill was $14. That was a big discrepancy. No apologies either.
Word of advice . Look over your bill before you pay even for take out!

They gave me a 10$ yogurt parfait in a paper cup. It looked like something a 5 year old could put together. When I expressed disappointment in what I received they were dismissive and rude. It was impossible to eat due to the narroweness of the cup and it not meant to be for overly large pieces of fruit. Classic overcharging for low quality product.

Vecselberg’s is magnifique yet comfortable, but don’t surprised if the only XY (apart from you perhaps) in the place is the proprietor’s spouse who’s also the chef. Their off-the-menu iced teas are delicious, as their paninis, salads, sandwiches, baked goods, et al. Established in 2004, it’s a warm, inviting, heimish, intimate and savory eatery further enhanced by the small painting of the Lubavitcher Rebbe’s smiling countenance welcoming you.

Their food looks good but aren’t bakeries supposed to open early? Tried going in there on a Friday morning at 8:45. I saw both owners in there, but they hadn’t opened yet. I stood outside for 5 minutes until one of them came to the door and told me they don’t open until 9. Ok. Fair. But I had to get to work so I left. They close at 2 on Friday (on a late Shabbos), so I would never be able to make it there. On weeknights they also close pretty early. I guess they only sell “pastries” to “Moms” who don’t work.
