Had a great experience here. They have very kind staff! They were patient and helpful when my partner accidentally spilled his chai tea. The food is very tasty and packs a bunch of flavor! The portions are good as well. The chai tea is very delicious and tastes very balanced between sweet and spice. We ordered the naan and butter chicken, the goat curry bowl, the mutter paneer masala, and samosas. The butter chicken was very flavorful and balanced while the goat curry had a low and slow heat to it. The paneer masala was full of cubed paneer and a good balance between the peas and onions. Overall very good food and definitely will be back! (Sorry for blurry photos)

We were pleasantly surprised to find an Indian restaurant in this area. After getting the vaccine shot, all we wanted to have was some comfort homemade food and discovered Mom’s kitchen. Tucked inside a grocery store, it welcomes you with fresh and spicy aroma. Great for a quick grab and go lunch! They have daily rotating lunch menu. We tried the chicken chettinad rice bowl, paneer saag bowl and samosas. They were kind enough to let us try the eggplant curry sample and there’s also complimentary chai. The garbanzo beans salad is also a nice touch. Loved the food, very quick and friendly service.

More of a 3.5 stars , The staff is very friendly and kind and I absolutely loved the little free chai but the butter chicken was not good nor the naan. Chicken was pretty dry and tasteless and the naan was just not good. Curry sauce was ok.

The food here is a good value, and the owners are exceptionally nice. I do have to ding a star however, because I felt while the food was good, it didn’t have that oomph I expect from Indian food. I love Indian cuisine, and I’ve had better at this price point.

They have only a few dishes each day but they are excellent and reasonably-priced. We enjoyed the butter chicken and curry with lamb and chicken. Look at their website for the day’s specials, order online or call in your order, and it’s ready quickly. The owners are VERY friendly. Don’t forget to try the delicious complementary Chai tea. Please support them; their food is delicious!

This place just opened up inside the convenience store and it’s a great find. Price is super reasonable for a meal in Seattle, especially for Indian food. The curry with naan meals are a good size for lunch or dinner. Naan is soft a chewy with a decent amount of garlic. Butter chicken was very tasty, maybe thicker than average. But definitely quality ingredients. Lamb curry got great reviews from my partner, plenty of spice. Samosas were also very tasty, good spice level as well. One the “specials” board they had “Indian style Lemonade” that came complimentary today, I don’t know if it’s an every day thing or not there, but it was a super cute touch and tasted nice with the meal. The staff was super friendly. Definitely worth checking out if you like the standard Indian restaurant. They keep a limited menu with rotating specials, but everything we had was very well done so I view this as a pro!

This hidden restaurant is a little hard to find as it’s inside the convenience store, but the food here is absolutely AMAZING!! I cannot tell you enough how wonderful it is, I want my house to smell like their curry. The owners are the sweetest people, they’re incredibly helpful with all their customers! Definitely going back ASAP.
