Everything about this brunch spots screams fun. From the scenery, to the menu, to the high energy staff. I absolutely would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good time. Our waitress Paula(hope I wrote her name correctly) was awesome. She had great suggestions and was timely. I ordered the pancake burrito, buffalo Mac & Cheese bites and a frozen margarita. I will definitely be back. 10/10

Our first meal in New York and we were greeted with this little beauty! What a fantastic café with a really cosy atmosphere, very well decorated with an awesome retro feel. We were so well looked after by Emerson, who not only gave great menu recommendations but also shared some great tips on things to do in the city.
The food will send your tastebuds into a spin and portions are absolutely massive, so definitely worth considering sharing, and the kids absolutely loved the hot chocolates.
If you’re after a great brunch-style meal that will keep you going for the rest of the day, this place is perfect!

I really enjoyed my experience there. I place was great for walk ins. With plenty of room. The staff was nice. My food came at a good time in terms of not having to wait all day. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was my drink. Idk if it was the coloring or what, but it was subpar to say the least. My expectation for a pleasant cocktail is high and this one didn’t meet up at all. Next time I go, I’ll try something else and hope for the best.

Fantastic brunch spot! The atmosphere is incredibly chill, and the music is a total vibe—especially if you were born around 1985. It’s a nostalgic trip down memory lane for those of us who appreciate the classics. The portions are very generous, and everything we ordered tasted great. Highly recommend!

Nice restaurant with a wide variety of menu options. I ordered the chicken and waffles, which were good and very filling. I also tried the meatballs, good flavor, but a bit on the spicy side. The s’mores drink was really sweet, but I actually enjoyed it. Overall, a great spot with plenty to choose from!

Listen, from the moment I stepped in, I LOVED this place. The music, the kitchy vibe, the staff… all of it was so good. Our sweet waitress was awesome and friendly, immediately picking up on my Georgia accent. The Cinnamon Apple French Toast will change your life if you let it. The regular bacon and the turkey bacon are also delicious. I will go back for sure when I am there in December!!!

What an absolutely wonderful experience! The atmosphere was fun and comfortable, and the staff was super helpful and friendly. As per recommendation I got the Cinnamon French Toast and was happily delighted that it was delicious and was a lighter meal than I expected. My friend got the shrimp and grits and enjoyed it. Definitely will be coming back – my friend and I plan to eventually work through the whole menu!

Service was really good the food was alright. It overwhelming in either direction. Also I spent a lot of years in the south, so there’s a bit of bias in there.

Has great prices for happy hour 4-7pm M-F.

Would go again

Such a fun dinner spot with friends! Friendly service and catchy music in an upscale yet retro dining room. Buy beware – portions are massive and everything is delicious! The mimosas and Oreo milkshake were to die for. The chicken avocado bowl and a (huge) side of chocolate chip pancakes made for a filling meal. Such nice variety on the menu you may have trouble deciding! Can’t wait to go back!

Stopped off at Mom’s Kitchen and Bar in Mid-Town Manhattan today, I was solo so grabbed a seat at the bar and was greeted by the super friendly staff, with some water and good coffee lined up quickly. It’s a cool place, quite an eccentric decor but not over the top, with a good bustling Sunday brunch vibe going on thanks to the sunshine. The menu seemed great, lots of classic American breakfast dishes to choose from, although I skipped the pancakes and waffles and had the breakfast sandwich with home fries – this was great, and the homes fries are delicious, little roasted/fried skin-on potato chunks which really hit the spot. The steak & eggs and the avocado toast looked tasty too. I really enjoyed stopping off at Mom’s, the barman had good chat and it was great as a solo traveller today. Highly recommended!
