Small town feel, with good home cooked food! They were very friendly as well! We stopped in for a road trip meal and it was delicious! I had a grilled ham and cheese, my husband had an omelette and enjoyed his as well. I recommend stopping in if you’re passing through!

So we visited Moms country Kitchen on Sunday, around noon-ish.
I don’t know how busy it normally is on a Sunday but there were only a few tables available.
Our server was Kevin, he made it know it was his first day working there, it did take a little time to get our order in and then get our food but it was no big deal, coffee was good while we waited.
When we got our food the portions were massive!! I got the Kennedys outrageous Omlete and my wife got one of the skillets… don’t remember the name, I wanna say all American, but that’s probably wrong.
Food was great flavor was amazing it was hot, very good pancakes.
Kevin was very polite and apologized numerous times, it wasn’t necessary, for us anyway we’ve been servers before we know how it goes, the atmosphere was very relaxed and friendly.

Stopped here on a whim on the way home from a girl’s trip. Best decision we made all weekend! Had a burger, was the best burger I have had in a long time. Portions are huge! Saw they had fried chicken and potatoes so I decided to grab some for my husband and son waiting at home. 12 pieces of chicken, mashed potatoes with gravy and rolls for $17.99. Actually got 14 pieces of chicken and all the love from my husband and son because they said it was the bomb! I am gluten free so I didn’t get to enjoy, only smell the amazing aroma. We have decided we will travel the 45 minutes from home to eat here again. Worth the drive!

It’s fine that they don’t spend a lot of money on fancy furniture or artwork. It’s clear that they care about the food that they make. The Veggie Skillet was perfect diner food. Plus they have baklava! Stop by when you’re in the area.

The service was excellent and the food was very delicious. They definitely do not want to to go home hungry, here. The serving sizes are enough for two solid meals for a hungry working man, for sure! The chicken parmesan was yummy and the salad was a great balance of fresh goodies, with just enough lettuce.
I want to note that I’m usually pretty hard on restaurants that are mediocre or so so, which there are plenty of those, so I really appreciate the ones that shine above the others. Good quality ingredients, tasty food, kind and helpful staff with a genuine small town, comfortable atmosphere. I recommend. If I’m ever passing through there again, hungry, I’m going to make it a point to revisit. Thanks!

Random Saturday afternoon. Service prompt, only 2 other patrons dining. Got a skillet meal that was a huge portion. Cooked presented and seasoned excellent. Great value, home cooking on the road was a welcomed experience.

My wife and I have visited this restaurant several times over the past couple of years. (We are not locals. We drive more than an hour to get here.) Tonight’s experience was the best we’ve ever had. We arrived just an hour before their closing time. Service with a Smile is not just a catch phrase here. Our server was prompt, pleasant, and very attentive. Our food was hot and delicious and served very quickly. Our order was complete and correct. We certainly will return to Mom’s Country Kitchen.
