If you like or love small, quaint intimate diners, you’ll love Mom’s Cafe. I met the mom of the owner, Estella. She was as sweet as can be. It was my 1st time here. Estella told me the pancakes were awesome. So, I ordered the All American, which included two fluffy pancakes, 2 eggs, two sausage patties and two slices of bacon. The pancakes were not fluffy, but they did taste great, with the old fashion syrup. I will definitely be back.

Loved how welcoming the staff was. Everyone was friendly. It’s rare to walk in a place and be greeted. We appreciated that a lot. Coffee always stayed hot and full. Food was flavorful. My family and I enjoyed it a lot. We ended up staying longer just to chat and drink our coffee. We will definitely be back for more.

Service good/friendly, food was decent, portions small, price high. I asked for a side order of bacon and got a single slice of bacon cut down the middle to pretend that it was two strips of bacon. Coffee was good. Final bill was so high I thought they had charged me per cup of coffee (2 refills).

The food was really great and so was the coffee. The Banana Monkey Pancakes were tasty. The second pancake was raw in the middle, but that was the only issue. Loved the young lady that waited us, she was super sweet.

Looking for small town, home cooked diner feels? This place is it! The simplicity of their menu is a nice break from those lavish fancy tier breakfasts. The food was basic and simple but had that home cooked taste! Food was delicious! Service was prompt and quick. The atmosphere was made by the great personality of the staff, but it’s the typical small diner inside feel/look, nothing fancy. If you want to be picky the only thing that threw me off was the $4 dollar kids lemonade, but again, everything else made that slide and the rest of the menu was fairly priced. 100% recommended. Would like to come back and try the lunch menu!

We have been in Carrollton for years and never came here. It’s a family owned spot that is only busy during the times when most people want breakfast or lunch. The prices are reasonable and the food is good. I wouldn’t base my review off 1 bad apple try it for your self you will be delightfully surprised

The Mom in Mom’s cafe isn’t momming when i went there to pick up food. I ordered breakfas burritos and pancakes through Uber for pickup and when i went there, She gave a me look as if i am not supposed to have that food. She also asked me if i really ordered the food or picking up for soemone else. i know i dont look like a person who steals food but had to look myself in the mirror to make sure again. Sad Mommy.

Such a good old school style homely environment and the food was perfect <3 it brings in such friendly people of Carrollton and made me happy to take me and my mom out to eat here. I can't wait to go back soon and try their catfish :) I highly recommend the waffle burger and fried pickles!
