This is my,favorite place to eat anywhere. From a chicken fried steak with lots of gravy to a seasonal beurock this place has it all, and everyone is friendly.

1 and only place within 20 miles but the staff is polite they have wifi and the food is pretty good. I got the chicken special- photo is a bit off as I already started eating the chicken- it was great.

We have eaten at this restaurant over the years while we are in the area visiting family! The atmosphere will transport you back to the 90’s in a lot of ways, the food and service are completely worth it. The service is wonderful, striving to make a connection with customers and ensure everything is ok. The food is good bar food a lot of fried options for appetizers and sides— we usually get the fried chicken livers and a round of hamburgers with a pitcher of beer during our visits! They also have a couple of pool tables if you wanted to play a game or two.
This dive is totally worth the drive to the small and wonderful town of Seward, KS— a short drive south of Great Bend!

Placed a large order for pickup at lunch time it was ready in 15 minutes. Portions were excellent all meals came with a variety of condiments. We stop through every couple of years when I pass through and see my sister, always a plus when we can catch a meal here.

Good home style place. Our waitress was funny and real, I liked that. They are very slow, so plan accordingly, no frills, in fact you may need to clean the table your self. I wish they would update the bathroom….

Delicious comfort food. Mom’s had a Chicken Fried steak that’s so close to the ones my mom made. To me it’s three best Chicken Fry I’ve had at a restaurant. Definitely recommend.
