Momoya Ramen and Sushi is a hole in the wall restaurant nestled in Salina, KS. Not too far from Kstate campus. It was peaceful and quiet. I waited quite a while to get my drink ordered while the group after me was seating and ordered first. No biggie, gave me time to look at the menu. The waitress was very kind and my food was delicious. I placed two orders one to eat in the restaurant and the second to go. I ordered fried sushi and was given raw, so it was probably a miscommunication. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I’d go back. I loved the decor and the slow pace to just eat and enjoy without being rushed.

Customer service was excellent. Very friendly and nice people working in this place. The wait time on food is not bad at all. I got crab rangoon ( which was DELISH ) AND the chicken teriyaki. Very flavorful and the portion size was more than enough for me. I would recommend this place to others and I will be coming back to try the sushi. Overall was a great experience and im glad I picked this place to eat!

The sushi was awesome! The Rock Roll was new for us. It had tempura shrimp and spicy crab. So good! The Las Vegas Roll has always been a favorite. Good ramen, the house chow mein was good but a little sweet.

This place was a good find. The service is great and very welcoming. The food is very very good. It has been while since I’ve had good Korean food. We ordered the Ramen and teriyaki chicken. It was fresh and real ingredients. I also had the shrimp tempura roll. That was amazing. I will be going back when im in Salina.

The sushi was SOOOO good. I LOVED the fried sushi, the Spider roll was amazing with the fried soft-shellnctab, and the California roll was refrshing. The Crab Rangoon was the best I’ve had, the sesame balls at the end were slightly sweet, hot, crunchy and perfect. One last thing was I was SOOOO thirsty and they refilled my glass as many as 4-5 times and I wasn’t without water for more than a very short while which was huge. We will be back for sure.

We were really looking forward to trying Momoya Ramen and Sushi after a long day of traveling from Colorado, but unfortunately this was the worst ramen we’ve ever had. We ordered the tonkotsu, beef, and seafood ramen for delivery to our hotel – about 30 minutes before closing, granted – but the food arrived cold and completely unappetizing.
Honestly, I would have preferred a $0.25 instant ramen from the grocery store over what we received, especially considering we paid close to $50 before tip.
Maybe the dine-in experience is better, and I’d be willing to believe the restaurant performs differently when you’re eating onsite. But based on our experience, I would not recommend ordering delivery from Momoya. It was a big letdown after a long trip.

Absolutely wonderful environment, waterfall fountain is so beautiful. Wonderful artwork and pretty lights. Seated quickly, food was wonderful. Crab Rangoon was unbelievably fresh and delicious came out very quickly followed immediately by the rest of our food.
Ramen came next, seafood and roasted pork.
Followed by amazingly fresh and delicious takoyaki, then the multiple sushi rolls. Eel avacado, Alaskan, us roll, and a Las Vegas.
Was there over lunch time so got the discount on sushi rolls and their fb special was 1/2 off all ramen this week. Very reasonable price.

Very friendly and attentive staff! Food was amazing. We had a large crowd half eating in and half taking to go, they got everything put in order for us.

Came by here for lunch and wasn’t that great. The food was mediocre and the service wasn’t that great. We waited for a while before a server came. By that time, we were ready to order. He asked what we wanted to drink and before we can tell him we were ready to order, he walked away. After we got our food, only came back to check up on us only once. Needed refill on water, but didn’t get a chance to ask. Probably won’t be back.
