One of my favorite restaurants in the cities!! Lots of quality sushi at an affordable price! Such a fun place to eat. I would go here every day if I could. I was so heartbroken to hear about the fire and temporary closing. I will be supporting their sister restaurant Ama as much as I can in the meantime.

I loved the atmosphere, a pleasant place. Everything was fine when ordering. The appetizers were 10/10, but the beef momo tasted 3/10. I think it would taste better if it were pork, but the options were only beef and vegetables.
The sushi was perfectly cooked and fresh. The Chinese rice was tasty but a little greasy!
I would definitely go back, and my recommendation is to go early.

Stopped by for a casual sushi dinner on a Thursday and Momo’s was bustling! The patio is charming and was totally packed with groups of all sizes. We grabbed a table inside where there’s also a small chef’s counter and it was equally full indoors. Service was really speedy, drinks were generous and surprisingly priced (my glass of wine was $9 and would have been at least a glass and a half anywhere else) and everything we ate was super fresh. Standouts were the sashimi and what I think is the biggest bargain on the menu, a huge crab (Kani) salad for $4.95! We found the beef yakitori and the Burning Tree roll a bit dry, but more to do with that style of roll than its preparation. Looking forward to another visit while it’s still nice enough to enjoy the patio.

My experience at this sushi restaurant was nothing short of exceptional! We sampled a variety of dishes from their menu, and each one was truly outstanding. Even our last-minute takeout order was prepared with remarkable speed and care. The level of service is second to none, and the chefs’ culinary skills are truly impressive. I can wholeheartedly recommend this establishment for anyone seeking an incredible sushi dining experience!

it was a gorgeous Saturday night at 7:30, and we still got our table within 25 minutes despite how busy the restaurant was! we didn’t see our server much, but it was clear they were super busy and were very kind each time we interacted with them. our wait for our food was a little long (about 45-50 minutes), but the quality of food was well worth the wait. we both ordered 3 rolls and could NOT finish (the rolls were really big which made the price feel so reasonable).
we were only in town for 3 days, and we’re super glad we did one of our dinners here <3

Momo remains one of our top sushi places in the Twin Cities! We thoroughly enjoy our experience every time we come. The food is delicious and the staff are very friendly. Would recommend this spot to everyone looking for some gooooood sushi and great service. Can get busy so plan accordingly! Well worth the wait in my book.

One of my all time favorite sushi places in the twin cities. They have a wide selection of things to order from, but my favorite is probably the chirashi or the beauty and the beast roll (pic 1 and pic 3 bottom respectively). Every time I go here, they are pretty busy, but the service is awesome and they try to bring out the food as soon as they can. There was one time when we had to wait a bit longer (it wasn’t even that long in my opinion) and the manager gave us a discount for waiting. The quality of the sushi is also very good, I’ve never had a bad experience. The price is also good for the quality of sushi. This remains as one of my top sushi restaurants here and never gets old!

Ive heard about MOMO from so many people! And it definitely hit the spot! Such a nice spot love the space felt bigger than what pictures looked like. Our waitress was very nice & we made it in time for HH. Get the tibetan Momo!! Also dont park in the lot next to the restaurant they will tow and the staff is amazing to let people know when they see a car get towed but just dont park there

Our Favorite Sushi place in minneapolis. Love this for team meetings! The food is delicious. Don’t forget the seaweed salad and Mango mochis before and after the Sushi. my personal favorite is the scorpion roll and the crazy dragon roll and the sex on the beach.

The soba noodles were delicious. Service is excellent and staff is great. Spicy tuna roll was average but overall, wonderful experience, will definitely recommend.
