We specialize in authentic matcha creations, including ceremonial grade Matcha latte, creamy Matcha Soft Serve, Strawberry Matcha Latte & Matcha Coconut Cloud. We are the only cafe in Fairfield County CT to offer All Day Japanese Fluffy Souffle Pancakes, Bubble Waffles, Matcha Affogato and Matcha Cake Parfaits, Matcha Affogato. Cake offerings include Matcha Crepe Cake, Matcha Cheesecake and Mochi. Our ceremonial-grade matcha powder is sourced directly from Japan. Our Japanese Fluffy Souffle pancakes is going viral and its limited quantity in weekends only. Our private label matcha powder tins are from Japan.

Fantastic experience at Momo Matcha. The drinks were beautifully presented and tasted excellent — bright, smooth matcha and creative flavor pairings (loved the red-bean layer). The pancakes were fluffy and well-prepared. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the whole visit felt relaxed and pleasant. Highly recommend for matcha lovers and anyone looking for a treat!
Also team was polite, professional, and clearly cared about the guest experience. They answered questions, made helpful suggestions, and delivered drinks quickly with a smile. Would come back for the service alone.

If you’re a matcha fan, this spot is a must-try! Their viral fluffy Japanese soufflé pancakes were light and airy, and the matcha-inspired treats like the chocolate waffle cone with matcha ice cream was a great dessert option.

During our time at the mall, we stopped for some treats at Momo Matcha! We were impressed to see that they have their own signature ceremonial grade matcha imported from Japan, and everything we tried was high quality. We loved the matcha and strawberry soft serve, and the bubble waffle cone was really good. It was our first time trying soufflé pancakes, and they were such a fun treat. So many varieties to choose from that we can’t wait to explore on future visits. Such a hidden gem in the mall!

A complete experience at MOMO Matcha. The matcha is smooth, high quality, and not bitter at all. This spot is authentic as it gets. The matcha is perfect and they have a huge selection of drinks. They also have the famous soufflé pancakes which are so light and fluffy. If matcha ice cream is your thing they serve it in a freshly made bubble cone. Even though the spot is in the mall there is an adorable seating area. The staff was so kind and friendly. I’d absolutely come back.

This was so good that I didn’t even stop to take a picture. I ordered the soufflé pancakes, and they were everything I had been dreaming of since I heard they opened. They were the best pancakes I have ever had, and now nothing can compare! I also got a hot matcha latte, and it was wonderful. Matcha is my favorite tea to drink, and this entire experience was just what this cold winter day called for. I’m already making plans to come back with my friends! So so so good. The owner is also delightful, so coming just to talk to her and hear about her process is also so worth it!

Absolutely fabulous place! Located inside Sono Collection mall is the perfect place to stop before , during or after your shopping and replenish and relax! So many options and easy to order, big signs and pictures with the menu options, we loved it! We enjoyed a hot and iced matcha latte, the crepe cake with matcha ice cream, bubble matcha waffle with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle as well as the most delicious fluffy Japanese pancakes ( I can’t go back to regular pancakes after this!) The family that owns it is super nice and very friendly!

This was my first time trying Japanese soufflé pancakes at Momo Matcha and they were amazing — so light, fluffy, and delicious! ☁️
I’ve been wanting to try these for a while and so happy I did.
We also loved the bubble waffle with ice cream and the crepe cake, which was perfectly light and tasty.
They have ceremonial grade matcha from Uji, Japan which really stands out — the banana matcha latte and matcha coconut cloud were both so refreshing. Such a great spot for matcha and dessert lovers!
Definitely need to go back soon and try other flavors of the matcha lattes.

This was my second time coming to Momo Matcha. The first time I visited, everything was perfect — the food, the service, and even the atmosphere. I had the pleasure of speaking with the owner, who explained how much effort and love she puts into her food. You could truly taste that passion. The dishes looked just like the pictures on the stand — beautiful presentation, delicious flavors, and overall worth the higher prices. I have added pictures.
However, my second visit was disappointing. The owner wasn’t there this time, and there were only two employees working. I ordered two strawberry matchas and some strawberry pancakes. Comparing them to my first visit, the difference was noticeable. The matchas didn’t taste the same — one was far too strong and the other tasted mostly like milk. Considering they cost around $10 each, I had to ask for one to be remade. The pancakes also lacked the same care in presentation and flavor. I added picture.
Additionally, one of the employees showed a lack of professionalism by engaging in PDA with her boyfriend while customers were nearby.
It’s disappointing to see such a big drop in quality and consistency when the owner isn’t around. My first experience set high expectations, but this second visit didn’t live up to them.
