A good restaurant== Good food + Great service. This restaurant belongs in that category.
It’s not a big restaurant but does give you that homey feeling to it.
The most notable is the service. The staff is so sweet, soft spoken and very personable. Offered suggestions and also making sure you have all you need/want.
The Bibimbap is a bit different than the ones we had at other restaurants. This one has the julienne bell pepper instead of the normal julienne carrots. Bibimbap is basically mixed rice with meat and assorted vegetables. Typically at home, you’d put whatever veggies you have on hand. The bell pepper addition definitely is a different take on the dish. Still provides the crunch in texture and sweetness in the taste so for non-carrot lovers, this is a great alternative.
We also ordered Sundubu Jjigae (Korean soft tofu stew). One small suggestion, if I may. Add a dash of sesame oil around the soup before serving. This will add the nuttiness flavor and also bring the aroma to another level for this tofu stew.
Definitely visit this place if you are a local or around town.

I usually don’t leave long comments on Google map reviews but I have to. This small Korean restaurant is the best one among Korean restaurants I have ever visited in the US. We are based in SJ where a lot of Koreans live. There are many Korean restaurants in SJ and in CA. However, I guarantee this is the best so you will be absolutely satisified if you want to try real Korean foods. It is not like Korean-inspired or insanely expensive for so so Korean foods. The LA Galbi and spicy squid we ordered are so grilled flavored (불맛) and super delicious. Soft tofu is also much better than any other popular brands in LA or somewhere else. A man server is super professional, kind, and friendly. He alway made us feel comfortable and welcome. Last but not least, the place is very clean and neat.
I highly recommend you to try this place.

The restaurant was pleasant and comfortable, which made me feel like I was back in Korea! All the side dishes(반찬) were delicious. The tteokbokki was also excellent. We’re big fans of tteokbokki and eat it frequently, even in Korea, and the balance of gochujang and gochugaru was just right.
However, the bibimbap had a higher proportion of salad greens than traditional namul, which felt a bit disappointing from a Korean perspective. But I understand that this might be a necessary adjustment to suit foreign tastes. The flavor was still enjoyable.
Overall, I appreciated that the food wasn’t overly salty. The use of bottled water instead of tap water and the final touch of complimentary chocolates made the experience feel perfect and thoughtful.

The food was very good especially the rice cakes which were seasoned perfectly alongside the beef stew soup and spicy tofu soup. The workers were very nice and hospitable.

So me and my boyfriend came to stay at an Airbnb for Valentine’s Day weekend and weren’t having a great day so far. Our Airbnb property owners were not good at communication and we had planned to come here for an earlier dinner but we had to deal with the Airbnb situation so we were late and felt bad for making the employees at the restaurant have customers come in late. However, the owner and the employees were the sweetest people we’ve ever been treated by. They didn’t know we were having a bad day, but they made our day so much better with their kindness and hospitality. They gave us extra two dumplings, extra rice, and let us have a free drink at leaving. Will come here again when we make the drive from Aurora!:)

Absolutely amazing experience every time! The food, service, and atmosphere are all incredible. The moment I walk in, I feel like I’ve been transported to Korea. The staff are so kind and accommodating, and you can tell they truly care about their guests. My mom was born and raised in South Korea, and this is the only restaurant she recommends for authentic Korean food. Everything tastes amazing, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality!

Went to Momo last night. I agree with all the other reviews that their service felt sincere and positive. It is a very nice mom and pop and I can easily see why people love them.
Some other comments: 1. Their Bulgoki is more on the galbi style instead of the tender, saucy, and juicy side, 2. The kimchi in my KimChi jjigae were over stewed and maybe been sitting in the hotpot for too long while the kitchen lined up my other dishes and therefore was soggy, lackcrunch and any chewiness at all. 3. The banchan was served about 35 minutes before our meal (they were slightly busy and our total wait time from food being ordered to being served was about 45 minutes) which made the banchan more an appetizer rather than a serve-along with the main meal. Unfortunately, the wait time did affect our experience. Overall, the food was delicious and flavorful.
