The cutest boba shop I have visited in Chicago! It’s located inside the Woodfield Mall, which is super convenient.
That said, the boba drink I ordered tasted a little off. I got the brown sugar with pearl for my sister, and it was different from other brown sugar drinks I’ve had. The flavor was a bit unusual, and the texture of the pearl felt a little off to me. However, my sister still enjoyed it. I do wish there was a warm or no ice option on the machine.

First time visiting. The drinks that we got were really good. The staff members were very helpful in helping us pick the right drink from the menu and even offered my daughter a sample of one of the flavors to help her decide. I thought the drinks were a bit pricey for what we got, but I don’t get specialty drinks like this often. The atmosphere inside was kind of basic. Nothing special. Would I make this place a habit? Probably not, but it was good for a special treat.

This past March marked the very first time trying this adorable bubble tea parlor and in my opinion, it’s the best boba shop in the state’s largest mall.
I apologize but this review will be only on the bubble tea, haven’t tried anything to eat here yet. The one thing I do like about the ordering process is that you can choose the level of ice when going for a smoothie/shake as well as the sugar level, most places don’t offer that.
I love the aesthetic of this shop which is kept squeaky clean, the bubble tea is awesome at still reasonable prices and the customer service is helpful & friendly.
Have a new go-to place now in the mall when it comes to bubble tea, my kids love it and can’t wait to stop in again for some more boba greatness!

I was excited to try this place on account of the cute decor and my enthusiastic love of bubble tea. I ordered one of their sparkling drinks, which is similar to those Topo Chico soda waters with added fruit syrup. The beverage itself was basically fine (though it only comes in one size – HUGE), but what really put me off of this place is that they ONLY offer crystal boba (balls of sweetened agar jelly). No other toppings are available.
To me, crystal boba lacks all of the depth and chew of the more typical tapioca. The crystal boba also stuck to each other to excess and had a hard time making it up the straw. So basically I had a huge cup of soda pop with occasional lychee pulp (since that’s the fruit flavor I ordered).
We are spoiled for choice around these parts, so I would say give this place a miss if your only goal is good bubble tea. If you happen to be at the mall anyway, it might be worth a stop in – I know you are going to want to check out their awesome No Face statue (from Spirited Away) at the very least. But I definitely wouldn’t make a special trip here just for their bubble tea.

Before leaving Woodfield Mall, I wanted bubble tea, so I stopped by Momo Cafe located on the lower level of the mall. This bubble tea shop was beautifully decorated with a faceless ghost character from Spirited Away, cherry blossom tree, and countless framed cat pictures. I asked for recommendations for a fruit tea, and the gentleman at the counter recommended the Watermelon Lemon Tea with Crystal Boba. We got that with less ice and less sugar (25% sugar). It was sweet, fruity, and refreshing!

Please put actual photos of your drinks instead of cartoons. It’s hard to tell what’s an over the ice drink vs a smoothie. The employees are super nice and the drink was good. But just wish the kiosk and menu had actual pictures instead of cartoons

A nice new drink place inside woodfield mall! I really liked the drink I got, and the decor here is the cutest! Especially if you’re a cat lover. The lady at the front who made my drink was also super kind and sweet.
They have a lot of other things you can get, such as various Asian snacks, and ice cream!

Beautiful cafe, but a bit disappointed with drinks and service.
When I went, we ordered through a touch screen order thing which was cool. When I ordered, I specifically asked for “no whipped cream” in the notes section, and also tipped.
My drink came with whipped cream and honestly I was disappointed When I went there were only 2 other customers but when my drink came out, more customers were arriving and the workers looked busy so I decided not to bother them.
However, I wonder why the note section exists if the workers don’t read it… nobody else ordered the rose oreo milk tea from what I saw. I dislike whipped cream in my drink because I don’t like the taste of most whipped cream and it mixes into the drink and makes the drink taste different…
The drink itself did not taste good and to describe the drink the best I can, it tasted like what lotion or candle would taste like. It did taste like rose a bit but I don’t know what it is about the drink. It made me feel like I was drinking rose fragrance lotion. The rose tasted artificial.
I love rose flavored drinks and one of my favorite is an Indian drink named Falooda. I’m very picky with rose flavored drinks because I drink a lot of it. I don’t want to sound mean but this drink was the worst rose drink I’ve ever had… I haven’t tried the other drinks since this was my first order from here but the rose drink specifically was not tasty at all. Would not recommend.

Nice bubble tea place in the mall. Average pricing. Lots of options. They were out of tapioca but it was right before closing. We tried the dragon fruit green tea and mango jasmine tea smoothie. Both were really good and could customize sweetness and ice level. There was a cute No-Face that you could take pictures with.
