Salty! Salty! Waaaay too salty!!! Everyone at our table food was salty. One of the wokers claims its an urban restaurant so its well seasoned no it’s SALTY boo. Chicken wings, greens, salmon crochets, all SALTY! Wouldn’t allow one of us to swap out or even send back what we didn’t like. Most restaurants I’ve been too will allow you to send your food back, well I guess they’re too urban for that ♀️

The pizza wasn’t worth the price, it’s definitely not on 25th anymore. I haven’t tried anything else but it’s definitely pricey for the area it’s in. I’ll probably just stop thru for drinks to support the cause.

The food was seasoned well! Yet the employee taking the orders was confrontational with a customer that was from out of town, creating discomfort in the already cramped space. Improving the order delivery system would alleviate this issue, as the current process seems tailored primarily to regular customers. I would go again! We went on 11/12/2023

Stopped by for lunch and unfortunately the kitchen wasn’t open for public business at this time. I was told that they’re opening Mama’s Kitchen and Lounge on October 6th, so we’ll have to head over there and try it! The food looks incredible and the young lady I spoke to was very sweet.

Years ago Mommas use to be good. I just got the chicken and dressing and everything is absolutely horrible. I’m not sure what happened but the dressing has a taste that I can’t even describe the chicken taste old and dried out mac and yams was slopped together and the deviled egg smelled like spolied meat just gross! This place went from one of the best soulfood places to the worst.

I have been waiting for a year to eat food from here. The ribs are amazing. The sides are awesome even if they forgot to give me my Cole slaw. My boyfriend loved his mashed potatoes. Momma sure knows how to make lemonade. It’s Friday evening and I am already wanting a smothered pork chop Sunday dinner.
