Buffet. Variety of selection. You may have whatever you ask for. There is a line during rush hour but to be short staffed, they get everyone taken care of quickly. Like we were told make sure to save room for dessert

Absolutely wonderful. I was visiting in Monticello and drove up for dinner. Well worth the trip. Food was wonderful, portions were great, and staff was wonderful. I will definitely be eating there again before I return home. Portions are so large, picture was taken AFTER I finished eating.

I wouldn’t go on the days that they happen to be visiblely busy. I go there often enough for my lunch break. They are always, always friendly.. however orders tend to get messed up due to not pacing themselves between orders and consumers. Today, my order was replaced for a burger (order chick strips) and then cancelled. By the time I’ve paid for my plate, my chicken strips were dry and overcooked. I didn’t want to make a big fuss because they were very busy, but this is something I’ll be mindful of in the future.

We love the food and amazing staff at Momma’s Diner! We normally get take-out plates at least once per week. The fried pork chops and chicken are my favorites, and my husband loves the hamburger steak and chicken fried steak. The prices are great with either an all-you-can-eat plate or a one meat with three sides plate. And, did I mention the service? Outstanding! They make you feel like family and like you have actually just walked into your Momma’s house for a home-cooked meal like you had as a kid. The restaurant is very laid back and welcoming, and we highly recommend you try them. You’ll find yourself going back again and again!

Was excited to try this place it’s new to me I decided to get some chicken strips and when they got to me I noticed they were overcooked. When I called to let the store know I was told to bring it back up there. When I got there the lady was very very rude and said thanks for the insult. Then she started speaking to customers behind me saying that “she was ready to quit “and it’s always something ,just seemed irritated. This is poor service and I will not be going back ! Horrible attitude.

Homey country feel. Like I was at a church h potluck. Collard greens, carrots and mashed potatoes were perfect! The roast and chicken fried steak was a little dry. We were there at 11:30 on a Sunday, good thing because when we were leaving there was a pile of people from church were crowding in.

I’m a first time customer today, I ordered their Frickle Burger with French Fries on the side which cost $12 plus tax which the subtotal $15.41 I think, and it is the first I’ve tried, and omg it’s a pretty big Burger . Topped with bacon, some kind of white sauce, pickles, some kind of fried chips, and onions, It’s packed with a punch and it kicks major butt! What a burst of flavor! I loved it! Also their French Fries, Seasoned In Total Perfection . First favorite as of now. My mom and I will definitely be back again soon when I get some more cash. I’m very excited. Can’t wait. Gave 5 stars Very well deserved. Oh and the staff are so lovely and so nice.
