We are located at 2325 hwy 20 Tuscumbia, Al 35674 Our phone # 256-381-7001 Menu line is 256-360-2340 Facebook Momma Jean’s Restaurant Tuscumbia We are open Monday- Friday 10:30am- 8:00pm closed Saturday & Sunday We close a week During July, A week around Christmas, and most major holidays. If you’re traveling from out of state give us a Hollar to see if we are open. We have a party room that seats around 35 to 40. You may call ahead to schedule for a group to come. We serve meat and 3 daily and offer a wide variety on our regular menu. We do not open for / serve breakfast. Look forward to serving you!

Found this place for lunch. Very good southern food. Great fried catfish. Smashburder was really good. We tried a cheese bun with our Burgers which is also gluten free. It was really good and held together well. The staff is very kind and welcoming. The prices are incredibly reasonable. Will definatly stop by again. Hushpuppies were taisty. The place is clean with plenty of spacious seating.

This is my family’s favorite meat & 3 restaurant. The food is always perfect, the staff are always kind & helpful, and they have the best prices around. I love that it is a family friendly establishment, even for their employees. Few places are willing to sacrifice a dollar to be sure their employees have time with their families. Celena and her family have built a wonderful place for our community.

This was my first time here. It has an old, quaint atmosphere similar to Cracker Barrel. The food was delicious and our server was good. Items were appropriately priced. Plenty of parking and outside rocking chairs are available to sit a spell.

I hate doing reviews when there are issues. The atmosphere is “down home country”, sparsely decorated with plenty of space. Hostess and wait staff were helpful, and cheerful as I waited for my to-go order. Catfish, fries, and okra with all the trimmings. Fries were cold and hard ( undercooked and heat lamped). Okra was some atrocious cheap bagged variety. Key Lime Pie was melted with a cheap crust. Hush puppies were ok, and the fish was fried okay. Only bright spot was the tarter sauce.

Very large facility with many tables and booths. Food came out very fast. Staff friendly and cordial. Very “down-home” food. Meatloaf Very good. I would definitely recommend this place. Menu photos as of May 2025. Daily specials.

I forgot how big their double cheeseburger is. Great value for the money. Buger was cooked perfectly. Served on a toasted brioche bun. Our server was very attentive and friendly. We will definitely be back.

I was taking my wife on an anniversary trip for our 1st date (40 years ago) and I saw the reviews of this southern cooking testaurant and decided to give it a try. The menu was appealing and the food was excellent. They were serving all you can eat catfish, with the trimmings, on this Friday evening and we decide to get them and they were excellent. The place was nearly full of patrons and the wait wasn’t bad comsidering the shortage of employees that everyone is experiencing. The highlight of the dining experience was the desserts, they have an extensive list and they are unbelievable! The pineapple casserole was as good as any dessert that I have ever eaten, but the desserts topped it! Amazing and filling!

Great food. Great service. I had the vegetable plate and the cream potatoes tasted as if they were made from scratch. No instant potatoes here. Everything was tasty. Thanks for a home style cooked meal for a couple of old truck drivers! ❤️
