Excellent little restaurant just of the freeway. Well worth the stop when passing through The Dalles. Prices are reasonable, staff is friendly and food is excellent.

I recently moved here from Hood River and wanted to try a new place. Unfortunately our waitress seemed visibly annoyed from the start. Her tone and body language made the experience uncomfortable. The overall feel of the restaurant came across as politically themed, which didn’t feel very welcoming…
We’ll definitely make the drive to Bette’s Place in Hood River next time!! They have friendly service and great breakfast:)

The breakfast was huge, ordering a short stack might’ve been too much. But everything was excellent, my coffee was on point. Would highly recommend if you’re in the area

Outstanding service as every employee that was near our table asked if we needed anything, and followed up with whatever our request was. The menu had a vast selection from which to choose from. Everybody at our table commented about the quality and presentation of their selections. A very affordable price range coupled with a fantastic portions served. I must say, very impressive!!! I will either make it a destination stop on the Harley, or a breakfast lunch stop in route. The Decor is full on Vtwin bikes or old classic cars. I will most definitely dine at Momma Jane’s again.

I came here because it had lemon pancakes. Had to try one. But when I got here I fell in love with it. Cute and adorably decorated. Extremely friendly and attentive staff. The food was solid.
I had the eggs Benedict. The hollandaise was okay but the ham was great. Real sliced ham. Loved it.
The pancakes are massive and I maybe ate 1/4 of it . I will be going back for more lemon pancakes. I loved the flavor options.
My husband got the blueberry stuffed French toast. Also great. Planning on making this a stop whenever we come through.

Excellent food. The Restaurant is very festive, right now! It’s absolutely adorable what they have done. I had the chicken fried steak and home fries, delicious!! Also, the sour dough bread is pretty amazing. It’s very busy, but that just tells me all their food is good.

Stopped by while on an adventure to have breakfast and it was a really busy place. Didn’t have to wait long though before getting seated and the food was really good and the service was good for how busy it was.. I would definitely recommend stopping by and checking it out for yourself.

Absolutely adorable biker style dive in breakfast joint. Quick reception and the wait for food wasn’t long either. Massive portions. Will be coming back whenever we pass through

This is one of those times that I am so thankful for review sites like this, we never would have known about this local gem without them. They have led me in the direction of true finds like this many times over, and this was no exception. It was busy with locals when we visited on a 3 day weekend, but we got a table pretty quickly. Waitresses were super attentive. The decor was old country style … lots of mismatch Christmas style mugs for coffee add to the charm. The menu was huge…. and I bet everything on it was good. Pancakes with lots of toppings were coming out of the kitchen every couple minutes, but we both opted for omelets… our favorite. And theirs were really good! He had the Spanish and I the Western… both were yummy! I would stop again here for sure. Loved it!
