Moli Teahouse is an absolute little gem. My husband and I went for lunch and it was honestly such a lovely experience from start to finish.

We ordered the wonton soup, a selection of dumplings, and the Vietnamese chicken wings and every single dish was delicious. You could really taste that everything was cooked fresh. The wonton soup was comforting and full of flavour, the dumplings were perfectly done, and the Vietnamese wings were just incredible. Crispy, juicy, and packed with flavour.

The manager was so kind and polite, which made the whole experience even better. Great food is one thing, but warm service makes you want to come back.

We’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend if you’re looking for fresh, flavourful food and a welcoming atmosphere.

Have been coming here for a few years now and never disappoints. Visited last night after the Light Switch On and was thoroughly warmed up by the delicious chicken noodle soup, chicken wings and dumplings. Also really love the teas on offer.
I usually buy the frozen dumplings to take home we like it that much.
Such a lovely Shrewsbury gem

I remember the first time that I visited Moli Tea House. It started off being in one of the small coves, and after many years, it has expanded due to its popularity. The food is made from fresh and is very much recommended.

Wonderful place with really authentic tasty food. We had an amazing lunch with dumplings, tea and meatballs. All really fresh. Staff were friendly and attentive. A little pricey but dumplings are time consuming to prepare. The perfect spot for lunch

Honestly…the vegan dumplings were exceptional. I lived in China for a number of years and these were the equal of anything I had whilst I was there. Super tasty and very fresh. Well done, it’s not at all straight forward to create an authentic taste so far away from the original.

Love this place. We only come when there’s a late night at the market because we don’t do lunch. It’s always a treat. Consistently good. Fantastic dumplings and wings ( if you get them before they’re sold out)

Told them I was allergic to sesame seeds & NOT sesame oil which they cook in, they brought the food over covered in sesame seeds, I sent in back and THANK GOD it’s an open kitchen because I saw the chef & server PICKING THE SEEDS OFF to serve back to me! Told them they would have to do it again fresh and it was like I was a massive inconvenience to the server. Major hazard and the staff need training ASAP.

Lovely place to try out inside Shrewsbury market. It can get busy but it doesn’t actually feel as cramped as it looks once you are sat

Big selection of teas and lots of variety of dishes to pick from. They will certainly take your taste buds on a ride! The food is punchy and well flavoured, from lime to basil to fish sauce to Chile, everything packs a serious wallop

Stop off if you fancy something not too heavy but powerful!
