Wish we knew about this place sooner! Being Kansas City natives, we’re serious about our burnt ends and can almost never find good ones outside of KC… until now. We ordered The Whole Hog to try a little of everything and it absolutely delivered. If you haven’t been yet, go get yourself some meat sweats you won’t regret it.

It was a alright experience. We went here because we didn’t wanna travel to down town Saint Augustine . My husband got charge for a 3 plate he only got 2 plate side, the serve kept for getting things even our daughter plate. It was pretty odd given the fact it was nobody really in there. Food didn’t taste the same as well. I highly recommend the Saint Augustine location.

My husband and I visited Fleming Island today for a little getaway and stumbled across Mojo via a “food near me” Google search! The food was outstanding! James (our waiter) made us feel like family! The entire experience was phenomenal!!
The chicken wings and nacho appetizers filled us up, and the sweet tea was LIKE THAT! Hands down, I will be back often for more goodness!

Starting out the food was ok! Overpriced by a lot. You get very small portions for the price. The reason for the 2 star review is the very rude waitress. Very short and not friendly. Then at the end asked if we needed anything else we said “No we are good” (our table has been cleared already by another person) and she just went and stood in the kitchen for about 10 mins instead of bringing us our check that we had to walk over and get her attention to get it. Not sure if she was having an off day or what… More than likely won’t be back.

Food was great as always , but last night our waitress was awful. Had to ask for my drink more than 3 times until finally another lady had to bring it. Then when we went to check out, my check was printed and the printed check was accurate, when the lady took my card she had added four items to the check that were not ours. At first I thought it was a simple mistake but then I realized that she was trying to charge me 50$ more than the check. If my printed check was accurate but then the extra items appeared after I handed her my card made it feel very scammy. Almost got my card flagged for fraud. I love this place and the food but that waitress needs to go.

Eaten take-out twice from here now, both times my family enjoyed it very much. We’ve had the brisket, ribs, tacos, brisket sandwich and additional sides. Their meats have been juicy and tasty with tasty BBQ sauce on the side (but not necessary). The sides were excellent with the exception of the collards one time being a bit too fresh (very firm) without a lot of flavor; it was probably just a new batch. The mac & cheese, baked beans and cornbread were all delicious.
