Great amount of food for the price! Love happy hour margaritas after 2 for 4.99! Lunch time is when I always go. Service is fast and friendly. Easy to find and plenty of parking. The bathrooms are clean. Love the music that’s always playing too. Very colorful environment.

Awesome Array

I just had one of the best Sopa de Pollo (Chicken soup w/ mexican rice, pico de gallo, and vegetables) from Mojitos for $10! I have been searching for other places besides Hacienda Vieja with a fire Caldo de Pollo and haven’t had much luck until Mojitos Blue Springs. Big nice portion and they put a large amount of mexican style rice on the side, lots of shredded chicken that is very flavorful and the pico is good as well, nice fresh notes of tomato, cilantro, and mild fresh jalapeño. I am a phat guy that usually takes down a whole soup and I currently have half left! I will be back for sure!

Fidel was an outstanding bartender, service was top notch, meal was 10/10, and in a full house restaurant the meals came out quicker then a fast food joint. Will be back highly reccomend.

Graduation Event

We eat here almost every week, so it only made sense to celebrate our son’s high school graduation here too — and they did not disappoint! The food was amazing as always, and the staff treated us like family. Thank you for making such a special night even more memorable. We love you guys!

I just love this little neighborhood spot. Only place I ever ate that has bacon in their fajitas and it was so fire! Food always hot, fast and fresh. Very nice and attentive servers. My husband and I have eaten here about 5 times and each time it was great! That steak taco salad was so fire! I love everything I have had here!

I tend to struggle the understanding of what “pollo” means in Spanish. When ordering “Pollo Mojitos” and an order of queso, you’d think the name of the meal would speak for itself. Somehow I ended up with a half ass portion of steak and shrimp, along with a fraction of the queso. I don’t usually waste personal time to express my concerns publicly, but this situation has me baffled.

Good lord. This place is wonderful! The service and serving size for the money is great! Hubby took good home! He never does that! The waiter was wonderful! The rest 9f the crew was cleaning! This 0lace looks spotless. The prices was a great thing to see! The food? Tasted great! I can’t say enough good things about this place. I got the shrimp quesadilla and really thought it would be like the rest and have 4 pieces of shrimp… nope… loaded… we will definitely be back and probably bring alot more.

This is one of the best authentic Mexican restaurants in Blue Springs, in my opinion! The food is always fresh and delicious – staff is always friendly and greets you at the door. We eat her 2-3 times a month at least – it’s worth a stop if yo haven’t tried them out!

Clean restaurant, they immediately made accommodations for our large party. Food was fast, fresh, and tasted great. Margaritas were on point. Service was great. Will be back. They have a great little bar if you just want to stop in for some drinks.
