Great Cuban restaurant had wonderful music we got an upfront table for our group which was. He was playing some type of violin and was very good!
The Mussels were great,we also had a taste of the queso and the guacamole which was really good it was served on plantains. My chicken tacos were great and my husband had the steak chimichurri all their food was really good!

Excellent spot!!! My wife ordered a mojito and as we were waiting, she regretted her decision… when it arrived it was the best she has ever had. Ronald was an outstanding server tonight!! This spot should never be overlooked for date night!!

We frequently visit Louisville from Nashville in the hopes of relocating soon. As if we needed to find another obsession to love this city more – this absolutely blew me away. If I could provide more than 5 stars, I would!! Some of the best food I’ve ever seen or tasted. Everything was SO flavorful! From the bread at the beginning with the VERY tasty butter/garlic/cheese/dill dip, the croquettes for the appetizer, the main courses (I got the Steak Chimichurri, my girlfriend got the Vaca Frita) and the FLAN!! Beautiful experiences and food like this only come around once in a lifetime it feels like and though I’m sure this may be, even just slightly, Americanized for local taste – I cannot IMAGINE how good these dishes would be in Cuba itself. 100 million/10 to this entire place and especially to our very kind server, Abelardo! Do NOT miss Mojito in Havana if you are in Louisville; you will leave with memories for a lifetime!!

Come for the patio seating, stay for the drinks. Theres truly nothing better than sitting on their patio and sipping a Cuban marg. I’m obviously not the only person who feels this way – lines go out the door on weekend nights. Service was great, food was decent portions and good, but nothing life-changing for the price point.

What a great place we stumbled upon (out of towners). The food and atmosphere were top-notch. Our wait staff was a delight to talk to (nice joke about the Cuban Libre cocktail). While the kitchen looked to be getting slammed, they were quickly and continuously bringing out food (very little wait). Even had a chef come out and ask how we were doing and liking the food.
The skirt steak and pan roasted plantains were the highlight of our meal, but everything else was still really good.

I am a traveler. Thought I would try something different tonight, so glad I did. In all my travels I never ate Cuban. Boy was I missing out on a great part of life. The staff at Havana Rumba was amazing and dedicated to quality service. Elizabeth was awesome and recommended an awesome meal. Please check out my pictures. I will be back next time in town. And now marked as a favourite on my google maps.

Nice place larger than it appears. There’s parking in a back lot behind the place, which we didn’t know. No wait and service was quick. Everything we ordered was excellent. The flat bread was a creative fusion dish. The soup was really good too. We also ordered the combo appetizer dish, also very good. The banana dessert was insanely good and memorable. Highly recommend this place for ambiance, service and food.
