My go to Palomila steak was a tad different, but oh so tasty. It was cooked perfectly and served with one of the best chimichuri sauces I have ever had. There isn’t much more I can say about the beans other than they are amazing. Full of flavor.
The in-house hot sauce is incredible.
The creole shrimp is very well done. Nice, large, fresh shrimp in the “garlicy, oniony”, sauce make this dish so fulfilling.
You can taste the homemade quality to everything. This family run place is so worth trying over and over.
The excellent service is efficient and affable. I walked away feeling every bit of satisfied. I can’t wait to go back.
This locally owned Cuban gem is an instant YES from the moment you walk in. Warm hospitality, rich aromas, and flavors that practically salsa dance across your taste buds — this place DELIVERS.
Let’s talk mojitos. These are not your average mojitos. These are magical, happiness-in-a-glass mojitos — the kind that make you close your eyes, sway a little, and briefly consider running away to Havana. Fresh mint, perfect lime, and somehow the exact right amount of sweetness… pure mojito sorcery.
And the Cubano sandwiches?
THE BEST.
Perfectly pressed, melty cheese, flavorful pork, crunchy pickles — basically a love letter to your mouth. I would absolutely write poetry about these Cubanos.
We’re talking crispy golden tostones, rich and tender pork, rice and beans that taste like Cuban grandma’s secret recipe, and café con leche that could be its own religion. Portions are generous (bless!) and everything tastes like it was made with care — because it WAS.
Support local, eat Cuban, sip magic, and treat your taste buds to a fiesta.
Mojito Café — I came, I ate, I sipped mojitos, and I am definitely coming back!
The food here is simply amazing. Our waitress, who was also Cuban, recommended the ‘masitas de puerco’ (pork chunks), and as soon as she described it, I knew I had to try it. I’m so glad I did—the pork was tender and bursting with flavor, perfectly complemented by the white rice, black beans, and sweet plantains. This meal was a winner!
Congratulations to the chef and owner of the restaurant. I’ll definitely stop by again next time I’m in the area to try something else. All the best!
For my meal I got the plantain crusted fish with rice, beans and fried plantains. I wanted to try the creole sauce so I had the waiter add it. It was great.
The portion was huge and I had some to take home. I’ll definitely be back to try more dishes.
