I came back again today for another bowl of rice noodles, and this place still hits the spot. If you’re looking for authentic Chinese comfort food, especially Guilin rice noodles, this is a solid choice. The flavors are bold, savory, and very close to what you’d find back in China.
My personal recommendation is the dry mixed (gan lao) style. The noodles are chewy and well-coated with sauce, packed with aroma from chili oil, pickled vegetables, peanuts, and fresh herbs. The soup version is also good—lighter but still flavorful—perfect if you want something warm and soothing.
For toppings, I highly recommend the braised beef and fatty intestine combo. The beef is tender and rich, while the intestine is clean, soft, and full of flavor without being greasy. Together they add great texture and depth to the dish. You can really tell the ingredients are prepared with care.

They don’t accept credit cards or Apple Pay — only cash and Zelle, which is fine by me. But the female staff member was extremely rude and impatient when I asked about payment options. She snapped at me and said, “We only take cash and Zelle,” in a very unfriendly tone.
We placed our order and specifically asked if the noodles were dry. She clearly said yes. But when the food came, it was soup noodles. When we pointed this out, instead of acknowledging her mistake, she denied ever saying it was dry and acted like it was our fault.
Her attitude was awful — no apology, no responsibility, just excuses.
Would not recommend. There are plenty of other places with better service and better vibes.

This is by far the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. They require every single customer to leave a tip—even though you have to pick up your own food at the counter, just like in a fast food place. On top of that, they charge $1 per takeout box, which is just ridiculous.
