Weird process here. Had to get seated by a host (who took forever) and wear a wrist band. 20 minutes later guests were just walking in, seating themselves, no longer needing to see a host and to wear a wrist band. We were given 4 wristbands when we had 3 people.
No wonder this was the only restaurant in the casino to not have a line out of the door at 5pm on a Sunday…the service was almost non existent after taking our order and serving drinks.
We were eventually served food with no utensils. Food server told us our table server would get us some. We waited, she didn’t. I had to ask another server, a younger gentlemen for utensils.
The drinks were great. I had the blackberry lemonade and the chicken quesadilla, which I also thought was good. However my partner ordered the 8 tenders for $18 and are 2 because he said they tasted like pasta. They also didn’t have the wing flavor of the month.
Stand in line for somewhere better in the casino.

Great place! First time ever in CT and a large Casino or is amazing and a safe place to Gamble in my opinion. It’s a mini mall inside! And they have the best Krispy Cream shop. 5 stars easily

The food is great but the bartender (blonde girl) is very rude to us. We’ve been waiting for at least 10-15 mins. before she acknowledged us. Worst part is while we were waiting there’s some couple that sat right next to us and prioritized them first before us.

I walked in to watch the Seton Hall vs. Creighton women’s basketball game at 1:00 in the afternoon. It was on ESPN +. Sat down at the bar and asked if the game could be put on one of the TV’S. Answer was they can’t get that. Really… I left and watched the game on my phone. There were 3 people in the whole place. This is the second time this happened. Last time it is as UConn women’s game. Terrible customer service at this place.

So this place is beyond cool-
The food is so unbelievably bad- that i actually would not go back.
I have maybe returned food 2x in my life. But those were high end places cooked wrong . Could you imagine how gross a cheese burger has to be to return it! It’s like they stored the meat in salt.
Everything but the fries.
But the place itself – is really cool . Service was great . We did the vip section which a portion of the cost goes towards your food/drink spend.. it would be so hard to put any of that towards the food.
So again. Place itself and the experience is one of a kind. The food is unbearably bad

So not worth it. They find ways outside of gambling to forfeit your money and do not honor promos. Will cease communications in the middle of supposeded attempts to no solutions offered and request you start whole process again even earned promos.
