They did not say welcome to Moe’s when I walked in and I got the smallest portion of meat known to man and I had to pay for extra meat. Then the sauce bar only had one type of salsa.

Absolutely terrible service. When you order a burrito or a bowl, you are supposed to receive a separate bag of chips per Moe’s policy. This is the little tiny bag of chips that I got for two joey’s and a bowl plus a side of queso. Absolutely unacceptable. Whoever was in charge of this shift, needs to take a serious look at their employees and retrain them. Yes, I selected that I wanted chips and salsa for every entrée. I specifically requested a separate full-size bag of chips for each burrito. Food looks nasty as well. Terrible presentation. I know dang well all Moe’s employees are taught better than this sloppy mess

BOOM IN HAWAII
First time here. Giving it a try since I walked past this place lots of times and was looking for a Mexican fast food restaurant other than Taco Bell. So anyway, I tried the Steak Nachos and Chicken Quesadilla. This place has a choice of Steak,Chicken, or ground beef. They also have a vegetarian version, substituting tofu for their meat offerings. The Steak Nachos were great, and the Chicken Quesadilla was good too. Guacamole is available, but is an extra cost. Would be great if it was free,but cant have everything in life. They also have complementary chips and salsa, with the salsa being available at a self-serve salsa bar. The only drawback about eating here on this day was the fact that the soda fountain was out of service,which results in me not giving this place 5 stars. Other than that the food was great for a fast food restaurant. Hope to go back another day and try the other items on their menu.

My first time. Definitely enjoyed my Doug whatever. Had Chipotle for the first time and sure it was fresh, but to me it had no flavor. Mo’s was spot on fire a chain and great for our limited selection in Hawaii.

I got a chicken burrito with black beans and rice yesterday around 3pm and I’ve been violently sick with food poisoning since last night. My husband got a steak burrito and he is fine. Something is wrong with the chicken and I am genuinely never going back after this. I can’t risk experiencing this again.

I love this place!! We come here every time I’m in town, the Homewrecker is the monster burrito built to your desires and served with tortilla chips and they have four choices of hot sauce but the Hot is the best. The beverage machine has a lot of selections to choose from and you can get free refills. Definitely a five star from me and don’t forget to give your services some “gas” money (you’ll get it when you go there).

I ordered Moe meat Moe cheese that cost 20$. The portions are ridiculous as I got barely any beans or rice and a pinch of cheese. I had to ask for more cheese multiple times and the pinch got smaller and smaller each time. More cheese is in the name!!! Also the table the drink dispenser was sitting on was covered in ants.
