AMAZING… I really didn’t want to talk to anybody. Just get my food and eat. The workers here were good and that I found myself talking to them. They prepared my food really well and it tastes amazing.

This restaurant is so much better than Chipotle! They give you the portion size you pay for. They don’t skim you out on the toppings!
The Chipotle Ranch sauce is the best it’s a must try!! My son always gets the steak burrito, and I always get the steak bowl with practically everything on it.
Best Tex-Mex around!! You will not be disappointed. The staff here are always so friendly and welcoming.

I’m on our road trip with my family and we love Moes but don’t have one where we live. So when we seen one on the way to our hotel, we had to stop!! Richard and Jeffrey were amazing. They made the trip to Moes a memorable one. Richard has an awesome upbeat personality, and amazing customer service. We’ll definitely stop by here anytime we are near.

Other than the register not accepting my gift card and I had to pay for my meal via other means, my first experience at Moe’s was wonderful!

Really disappointed with our meal tonight. The heat was out in the business which I know happens and things pop up unexpected. We ordered bowls and there was almost no meat on the bar and what was there was hard and crunchy. The guacamole is usually delicious but was really limey and had zero flavor. A young man working behind the register had his hair down and no hat and had zero interest in really helping anyone. The ice machine was out of ice and I did let them know and they still didn’t fill it up. I know places have off nights but customer service just wasn’t there tonight. Hoping these guys get some training. They were all kind of but this meal was $45.00 and sadly not worth it.

I wish I could rate it higher, because I love the Moe’s concept. Things I still enjoy: customizable burritos, unlimited chips, a salsa bar with a wide variety, and all at fair prices. RIP to their signature items was a bit melancholy. What I didn’t like here: lethargic service and a trash can so overflowing that I couldn’t stuff in my empty containers. Just understaffed.

Richard is a great associate who is very good with my two young children. We come every Sunday after swim class and interacting with Richard is always the highlight of their day. He is quick, personable, and has convinced me and my wife to try a few menu items outside of our regular order. Our class time has moved now, but we’ll definitely come back and hope to see Richard again!

Went at 7:30 and they were already picking up the chairs. Burrito bowl was basically soup and onions were uncooked in burrito. Queso was also forgotten on order. The sauce was heavily poured into bowl turning it into soup. Did not enjoy at all.

Richard was AMAZING and incredibly hilarious. Best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time! He helped me figure out exactly what I wanted and my bowl was delicious! Queso is very yummy. Chips were stale so that sucked but it was good in my bowl! Got two meals worth of food!

Alla Sauces are available near the soda machine which is pretty nice.
