So they had a Nacho special . $5.99 . What a bargain. They loaded up these nachos . The girl Dana . Did a great job plenty of chicken and condiments . I get to the register and Tori the manager. Tells me I have a free cup of queso . What a bargain nachos for $5.99 and a free cup of queso with chips . So needless to say it was a pleasant experience … Thanks to Dana and Tori .

We are from Canada and never been before! We stopped here after a long day at the WaterPark and saw that it was kids eat free so we were pleasantly surprised about that. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a positive experience! We signed up and got a free chips and queso. Free salsa and chips – can’t beat that either! Everything was delicious and fresh. We were unsure of the spice level of some things and our younger boys ended up getting something that was a little bit too spicy and so they happily remade it! They were so accommodating and friendly and always making sure we had what we needed. Definitely recommend!!!

I havent had a burrito this big since before 2020. My picture is half my burrito already eaten! Its SO HUGE!! Food was really good! Two ladies serving us was extremely nice and helpful 5/14 around 530pm. We have been in branson for a week and this is one of the few restaurants where the staff was friendly, clean and helpful. For our family of 4 this was a nice choice to sit down and eat. Extremely clean and organized. Thank you!

From the warm and welcoming “What do you want” to the cold chicken in my tacos it was a terrible experience I would not repeat. Staff seemed annoyed that I ordered chicken that had to be cut. She started our order with dirty gloves, making the first meal and warmed the tortillas for the second. She cleaned her gloves by wiping them on her dirty apron and proceeded to cut chicken from a cart that had been sitting at room temperature for a questionable amount of time. She came back to line and proceeded to stick her dirty gloves into lettuce and cheese.
They did not know how to ring up our meals. When I mentioned this to a manager, they lied and told him they figured it out.
The manager seemed professional but his staff is ruining the business and clearly need training on food safety. I guarantee my cold chicken should have been thrown away not served to customers and everything on the cold line is cross contaminated.

I’ve been there five times this year. The first was in May and Tori was the reason we came back, although the food was great. I cannot say enough good about Tori, his personality, his serving heart, the importance that he brings to the experience, the individual and how he values each person that walks through the door. We came once when he wasn’t there and were disappointed. This guy needs to be cloned. He should be training staff everywhere. His joy and happiness is infectious. We will call ahead before we go back to make sure he’s working. Oh, did I mention that the food is great?!

Haven’t been to Moe’s in 3 years… place was not the cleanest but it wasn’t the dirty either. You can tell it was like this because of lunchtime and they didn’t have time to clean up the tables due to being busy making the food. So no complaints honestly about it. We loved the seasonal salsa, cherry hot salsa. Couldn’t get enough of it.

Visited town for a week and ate here twice because we liked it well enough to come back. The self serve salsas are a nice bonus to spice up your dish! The real draw to this place is the personalities of the employees. A shout out to Tory (sorry if I’m getting that wrong sir!) for his amazing attitude and positive energy! The guy adds a lot to the experience and put his whole heart into creating a good experience for every customer. The staff around him are also attentive and helpful, no shortcomings there from what I saw. BTW – if they are recommending something to you, take their advice!

Recently the service at this establishment tends to be better during their evening hours from 3pm-close. In my experience, there’s only one individual that runs the line and they dont seem too keen of the new registers they installed recently.
