This location, by far, is the worst Moe’s in the company. To be fair, the restaurant itself is clean and the employees are nice enough, but the food is horrendous. They boil their meat which takes any flavor out of it and it’s gross And they do not wash their food containers. The rice is always crusted on top, The bean containers have rings around it from where they have sat day after day without being washed, Like I said earlier, their meat is boiled and tasteless and their queso? It always has a skim on top of it, and you generally will get half of that in your queso container. I travel for work and have been to quite a few Moe’s and it’s actually my favorite, But this particular location is so bad I wouldn’t even take a homeless person there for a free meal. Giving this place one start is quite generous, but they won’t let me leave a zero.

Sweeper at entry door with an old rag on top. “Manager” talked over young woman taking my order. My order got the last of chicken cubes in service station. All foods were low and appeared unfresh. Chips were cold. Dips for chips were very low. Will not return!

I came here for lunch during the week and the staff were quick and polite. Restaurant was clean and the food was superb. Definitely stop by if you’re in the area.

I’m so happy to have a Moe’s within the area. I have been to this location twice now and both times the food was great, the building super clean, and the staff were helpful, friendly, and attentive. Worth the 30 minute drive for my family!

I can’t speak for the in restaurant experience, but I ordered catering for an event at my work. Their taco bar was awesome! Food was very good and freshly made. Price is tolerable per person I believe it came out about $12-$13 a plate. Would recommend for a work meeting or lunch!

I don’t write reviews often. This place is so bad I feel the need to write a review. My queso had a giant hair in it. This is the third time I have tried this place and it keeps getting worse. The quality of the food isn’t close to chipotle or Qdoba. It is by far the worst bowl/burrito shop I have ever eaten. Please don’t waste your money on it. Another place in Edwardsville that will close down in 2 years. They have gotten orders wrong multiple times previous as well. Just awfully ran.
