Disappointed at how far this location has fallen. Was great when it opened a few years ago and over the last year both the quality of the food and the customer service has taken a nose dive, all while menu prices have continued to increase. I’ve been underwhelmed the last few times I’ve gone and yesterday, 2/12 was the final straw for me, and I won’t be going back. Employees at the location have no business working in the service industry and seem to have a genuine dislike of their patrons. I went around 2:00 and there were no other customers in the building at the time I arrived. The woman working the counter barely acknowledged me and slowly sauntered over to take my order (steak stack and a white meat chicken quesadilla). Appreciating I arrived at an off time the prepared items looked unappetizing (peppers and onions looked like the only heat applied was from chafing dishes and the steak was grey on the outside while being undercooked inside -not convinced either hit the flattop). After my order was slapped onto the flattop the worker proceeded to cough relentlessly while not covering her mouth and began tending to corn that was also heating on the flattop. Another customer arrived at this time and was not acknowledged while she finalized the prep of the corn. She yelled to the back kitchen for another employee to come ring me up (and finish prep of my items). Only after her arduous corn task was finalized, was the next customer was scornfully acknowledged. The back kitchen employee rang up my order without a word exchanged. Final point of friction, the payment screen audaciously asks for tips and forces customers to hunt for a no tip option (I get this is influenced by the payment processor, but what from this experience deserves a tip consideration?) I consider this the culmination of several comparable experiences in recent months and with several competitors in the area there’s no reason for me or any other customer to come back.

I love coming here and getting the burrito bowl, it always tastes delicious! Especially their Chipotle ranch sauce, I always ask for a squeeze more! Price is pretty good for what you get. Plus a free bag of chips. Staff has always been friendly, place is clean.

Today me and my boyfriend went to moes like we usually do for our date night, but instead of leaving with delicious food we left with terrible service. It was slow and unprepared, it took almost 20 minutes before we just left. This makes me really sad because the service is usually as good as the food.

See attached photo. This bowl cost about $15 for white meal chicken and queso added. It can be hard to tell from the photo, but the bowl was roughly half full (there is a recess in the bottom of the bowl holding most of the rice). I would estimate it is about 2/3 the food you get from a Chipotle bowl for roughly the same price or slightly more expense at Moe’s. When ordering, I do not ask for more food in line. I let the restaurant decide how much they are willing to serve and decide if what I received was worth the cost. This is not worth the cost to me. Besides the mediocre bowl, there was the usual upcharge selling 3-5 times in line. There were only 2 salsa out at the salsa bar (both mild). The employee’s were kind, but really only 2 of the 5 people behind the counter were doing anything. Simply not an enjoyable experience anymore. (This is an update to a mediocre review I left a year ago. I see no improvement. I see a decline in the food and service received.)

Chipotle-esque restaurant with slightly better seating options and an overall warmer vibe. Food was really good and the staff were super friendly. Would definitely recommend if you’re a fan of Chipotle.

You can’t get your order the way you need it to be edible. They now only offer Pico and not tomatoes on their own for those that can’t have Cilantro or onions. This used to be the only place I could go beverage Chipotle and pancheros did the same thing with only offering Pico. The last time I was in the manager told me they would get the tomatoes from the back if I asked and today I was refused that option. I will never ever return to this location again

It’s been a while since I reviewed this location. Staff rushes you thru the line even when there is no one behind you. Feels like a less than pleasant atmosphere overall. The food is good, except the rice we had was so salty we could hardly eat it. Things are tough for everyone these days, so I’m not being too critical. I still enjoy this store overall.

Both times I went, the place was empty so I didn’t have to wait in a line. There were a lot of ingredients to choose from so the burrito I got was packed. The employee there helped me get some deals as well by downloading the Moe’s Rocking Rewards app. I also love how the chips and salsa here are free. On Mondays you can get a Burrito/Bowl with chips and drink for like $6 I think they said so I’ll definitely be going more often.

Ester as the assistant manager is the worst decision you could have ever made.. She has the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. I never write reviews I have worked in multiple restaurants and get it. but for my first time ever coming to Moes it was a horrible experience she rushed me, talk to me like I was stupid even though I explained to her multiple times it was my first time. Smallest portions I ever seen. I will never be back. Management should really look at their assistant managers customer service skills.
