They were out of several drinks. The manager was very slow as ringing out just a few bags of chips and salsa. The food was great. Hot and good quality. The workers were friendly and helpful. This is not a place I ever really go to but the quality of the food and friendliness of the people make it somewhere I’m more likely to return to.

Ever since the manager Melissa left, the store has had worse food and service i’ve also noticed the store has been not as neat. I went and got a burrito on the app and it was ice cold when i picked it up ( i even picked it up early) they also forgot a piece of my order. I also got a horrible stomach ache after eating there, I was almost certain i had food poisoning. It is super disappointing because I used to think the food there was the best (unlike the other moes in the area) and it reminded me of how good the moes is in my hometown. The windows look significantly more dirty than usual. And the environment just isn’t as friendly anymore. I’m extremely disappointed especially since Melissa ran that place so well and it’s sad to see how much of a decline has taken place since.

I originally ordered carry out while in the hospital and was greatly disappointed when my order was delivered and incorrect. I called the store and spoke with the manager, Rex. He calmly not only corrected the mistake but personally delivered my order. He went above and beyond to correct their mistake which was greatly appreciated. Thank you, Rex. I’ll be a customer for life.

Support Moe’s! I’ve been a loyal Chipotle patron for years, however Chipotle has gone way down the drain since the pandemic, and I’m tired of it. They’re always out of ingredients, the staff is usually rude, and every store focuses more on carry out orders than the customers ordering in person.
I decided to try Moe’s tonight, and Moe’s is not like Chipotle in any of these ways. They greet everyone politely when each person walks in the door. Moe’s prices are cheaper than Chipotle and you get way more food. Build your own entrees are just $8.99 and Chips and salsa are included with each entree. They also offer specials such as Free Drinks on Mondays and Kids eat free at night on Tuesday.
This location is great! The staff is friendly, they build your order perfectly, and get the line reduced quickly. The restaurant is very clean and all of the ingredients are fresh. I definitely will be back and will not be giving my business to Chipotle anytime soon. Take my advice and do the same.

Went in to order a burrito bowl and the steak was gray, and the corn was brown from where they have sat out all day. I turned around and left no thank you don’t want diarrhea.

I went in to try this out for my first time. Excited and ready to order, I walked in and had no line. The lady was making some food with sticky notes on the order. After five minutes of standing there with no interaction, I decided to try some place else. The food may have been the bomb? The service may have been awesome i just wasn’t feeling the vibe

First time visiting. I was very impressed with how clean the restaurant was. Although the employees were quick to greet me upon entering, they were not very helpful with helping me understand the menu. I wasn’t quite sure how to order and when I asked for help, it’d fallen on deaf ears. I ordered a burrito with rice, steak, corn, pico and cheese. Paid $1 extra to add their famous queso. Chose not to try the guacamole as I’m picky about guacamole. As I went to pay I spotted the coolest tip jar (gas can) I’ve ever seen. I opened my bag and noticed they included with my burrito half a bag of tortilla chips that will surely go to waste. Overall the taste of the food was pretty good. I would definitely recommend trying this.
