With the closure of the Moe’s Southwest Grill in Mentor this location is the last one left in the area. I love Moe’s and this location is no exception. I particularly enjoy the Moe’s Bowl and Salsa Bar. I definitely suggest Moe’s Southwest Grill in Mayfield!

Food is always delicious but WOW, the service was below 1 star. The employee looked at my son and I annoyed. They slowly pulled their pants up, walked to the back.. came out the better half of 5 min. One of the employees finally came over to help us, he slowly put gloves on (never made eye contact or said a single word). I finally said I’d like a bowl with white rice, etc.. then just looked at my son. Didnt ask what would you like or what can I get started for you, just nothing. So my son looked at me, didnt know what to do and I just said just tell him what you like. Hes not professional enough to communicate.
Finally made it to the cashier which was no where to be found.. thinking the employee that served our food would ring me out, he just casually walked in the back. Finally a different employee came out and asked if I want chips thinking they had salsa out (which if you’ve been to Moe’s, its complimentary to try their salsa). But no, there was zero salsa but there was pans and trash where the salsa would be.
We were there for 20 ish min, and the LAST time ill go to that Moe’s. So my review is accurate. Food 5 stars, atmosphere 1 star, service BELOW 1 star

Customer Service is absolute dog poop every time! Never got asked if my order was dine in or carry out (I wanted dine in), my order was packed up as carry out. Never got asked if I wanted a receipt, employee walked away from as I was paying. I left a 20% tip anyway because I work at a restaurant. Absolutely zero cares were given by this employee. Moe’s in Avon is better.

Incredible service, very very helpful and efficient staff. We left and forgot a drink and some salsas on the counter and when we came back for it, they were waiting at the door with everything neatly bagged. Also, food was incredible as always. Thank you Moe’s I love you ❤️

Good service and the associates gave appropriate portions of food where it wasn’t necessary to ask for a little more of this and that. However, food was average. Not much seasoning on each individual component, therefore, there’s really no cohesive meal. The queso wasn’t that great; it was like rubber cement and thickened/hardened so fast. There wasn’t much flavor in it either. The second time was a little better, but the flavor is just lackluster. Only promotions/coupons will keep me coming back.

I’m going to be perfectly honest here. I would have given it four stars because this was my first time patronizing this establishment, and these places can be hit or miss, but the manager AND staff (especially Yvonne!) were so patient with me during my “figuring out what to get” phase, that it’s only right to give a 5 star review.
