Excellent concept and more options than Chipotle. I love the options and model of this business. This particular location is. brand New. It’s newly opened place and staff is still going through the training, you may experience slow service (I experienced) but the staff is very good and courteous.
You will get unlimited yummy nachos and lot of salsa options.
Food quality is also very good.

I absolutely loved my experience at Moe’s. From the time I walked in the door until I finished my meal and left, the employees provided me with an exceptional customer service experience. They assisted me on finding the right item to satisfy my tastebuds and also offered me a discount for being a student. Not to mention the food was great !

This place was surprisingly delicious. I’d never heard of it before so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was actually thinking it was a BBQ place but it’s more of a taco/quesadilla joint that will somehow remind you of chipotle. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the place was clean. I ate outside and enjoyed my meal. They also have different salsas near the drinks for free. You can personalize your menu items however you like so take advantage. The only thing is if you ask for salsa or guacamole on the side you get a small container but it was enough for a quesadilla. Oh yeah, the tortilla chips come free with your meal.

Before the pandemic I visited this particular Moe’s often. The food was good and the service was always good. I decided to get some takeout yesterday and I was completely disgusted by my entire experience. I arrived for a call ahead pickup and the restaurant was take out only, which was fine. There was a group of employees standing in a huddle, talking. This was a new crew I had never seen. One of them finally looked over and asked if we were there to pick up a special order and my son said yes so she pointed over to a pickup area. I noticed the restaurant looked kind of dirty. At some point during our visit, my son saw a COCKROACH crawl across the floor near the salsa station. He didn’t tell me until later, otherwise I would have left the food there and asked for a refund which I later wish I had done. While I was checking my order I noticed there were no forks inside the bag. I literally had to yell across the restaurant after saying excuse me about five times because they were so deep into conversation and they weren’t paying attention to us. Then they looked at me like I was being rude for yelling. ♀️. After some confusion about forks not being out for customers they finally gave us forks and we left. It gets worse. We got home and the food was cold. It wasn’t from sitting and waiting to be picked up either, because the cheese wasn’t even melted. The chicken was hard and dry. The rice was hard, undercooked and tasted like microwave rice. We barely ate any of it, it all went to the trash. It’s a shame, because it used to be a good place and now it has gone downhill. I’m not sure if this is a franchised location, but I’ll never go there again.

The food and staff is great… I’ve visited twice within a week, the restaurant smells like sewage. The first time I thought someone dropped a bomb in the restroom. Second visit washed my hands prior to eating, my daughter did the same in the ladies room the smell is consistent. Not a good mix fresh food and the smell if raw sewage!

Went there earlier this week for the first time. The employee service was sweet. I was recommended to get the veggie stack and I had the freedom to fill it with a variety of my favorite veggies and toppings. It came with chips and 2 types of salsa. Can’t wait to return!

This place the workers are amazing… Work hard and very nice and friendly. My daughter could pull the whole coupon up on her phone the nice cashier was trying to help her even with the line with at least 15 people behind us. She treated us like we was the only one there. It was dinner time and packed. I definitely will be back when I am in the area. Thanks for the great service… Definitely try this place great food and even better service..
