Reviews
3 stars for the food, 5 for service and atmosphere.
The chips are free here with the order but are overly fried, and so are a little limp and overly greasy. The tofu, while not overly spicy, was grilled to the point of being rubbery. Someone doesn’t know you don’t need to grill it as long as you do steak.
Please be watchful of staff if you do decide to visit this place. Yesterday evening approximately around 7-8 in evening, we observed the staff member making our food and others. She didnt wash her hands before putting on gloves and after putting them on she would move her hair away from her face (no one wore a hat or hair net).
She touched her shirt and pants while making our food. While observing her making other customers food I notice she was fixing her hair bare handed near the food line. So please be mindful. And observant if you visit.
The manager was phenomenal when we called her over. She apologized for the staff members actions and offered to remake our food for free herself and even gave us free drinks as an apology. Management 10/10
The staff was incredibly helpful, answering my first-time questions and suggesting some must-try items. They offer five signature sauces, and my personal favorite was the chipotle. The ambience is comparable to Chipotle, but the prices seem slightly higher. However, I believe the quality and quantity of food justify the cost. One bowl is easily enough for two people to share.
If you’re looking for an alternative to Chipotle, Moe’s Southwest Grill is definitely worth trying. I highly recommend it and will certainly be returning to explore more of their menu options.
Staff is also friendly, I’d highly recommend trying this place.
