Very disappointed. I ordered guacamole and didn’t get it. I had paid around a $2 upcharge for it too. We also got chips and no salsa. I wrote to them about it and just never heard back. Very poor customer service. Not sure if it is just this location but I’ve been to another location in Columbus and everything has been fine.

Ordered a bowl, asked for double chicken and clearly got shorted. I even attached a photo so you can see what you get, I cleared off the veggies from the top and can barely see any chicken. A single serving of protein at chipotle puts this to shame which is crazy to say. Complete rip off at this Dublin location.

Ordered take out and the food was ready for pick up at the promised time. The bowls were made to order successfully and they were very delicious. Always a pleasure to eat at Moe’s and enjoy their chips and salsa as well.

Nice Mexican Restaurant for Dine In or Take out with options greater than Chipotle and less priced. Most of the items include free chips with different variety of salsa. Great dining facility at Dublin and mostly less crowded. Mostly 2 persons can share one Rice bowl if you are not too hungry. We have tried both Vegetarian rice and Quesadilla as well.

The lettuce was old wilted, chips are stale, there is a foul odor coming from where the drink station is, and the workers are not very friendly. I took a couple bites of my food and threw the rest away. I am very disappointed because I’ve heard good things about Moe’s and this was my first time trying it sadly I won’t be back

Moe’s is the superior fast casual burrito place in my opinion. The staff are polite, the meat never gets shaken off the spoon, and the quality of ingredients always seems top notch. Anyone still going to Skimpotle needs to reevaluate their decisions and order The Stack.

I had to try a second time and unfortunately a fail. Ordered a bowl asked for more rice 3x and still only had a spoon, chicken (which one, I ask what is the difference he said the names asked again and he said nothing) portions of steak, chicken and rice not even close to filling. We ordered a kids meal that was not worth the value either. Not planning on coming back great disappointment.

I ordered from here through Grubhub today. I got the homewrecker burrito with a drink and a side of queso. To my knowledge and from what I read about the burrito, it should have rice, beans, the meat of choice, lettuce and cheese. I also added guacamole. How did it get a burrito with only beans, a little bit of meat and a lump of guacamole? They are lucky they approved my refund because this was my first experience and my last. Am not only mad about not getting what I ordered. I also had to wait an hour to get it delivered. Just put yourselves in my shoes, working since 8am, its 3:30pm and you place an order from a place for the time after getting the place suggested by a coworker and then going through this experience. I only had a few bites. Now I have to order from somewhere else.
