Stopped in on Saturday evening after work to pickup dinner. Parking was easy since it’s situated in a strip mall. There was no waiting, prompt polite service. The restaurant appeared clean. I chose a burrito with rice, steak, black beans, corn, grilled peppers, cheese & pico sauce. The burrito was huge & must have weighed 2-3 pounds. It also came with fresh warm tortilla chips. The burrito was so large I made 2 meals from it. But it was very tasty!

Our 1st time here. You tell the staff what you want. They make it. You pay and eat. Place was clean and welcoming. Prices on par with similar restaurants. I ordered a burrito and my friend a bowl. No bar drinks here.

Received a $25 gift card from my credit card company that I picked for Moe’s, I could have picked anywhere else but I have never had moes.
Customer service was great at this location, store was clean and had a good vibe. I purchased two meals for myself and my daughter with the 25 dollar gift card, this was also her first time ever being there. Portion sizes were not very good at all I had to ask for extra vegetables, portion size of the meat was a joke and the entire meal was just bland, taste it like you needed salt completely. Even when I asked her opinion later on that night she even said it was bland and not worth going back. Now I know next time to pick a different gift card.

Overall it was a pretty good experience. Wound up ordering a beef bowel with cheese and a few other toppings and a side of chips for dipping.
There was no wait, the staff was quick and friendly, It was not noisy nor too crowded. The Food tasted fresh, had flavor, and was decent portion size. Had standard soft drinks plus flavored teas for beverages.
They had something called a salsa bar. The salsa bar added to the atmosphere and It had a few different types of delicious salsa. It made you feel like you’re welcome to get as much salsa as you like without having to pester the counter workers for it. What that said it did seem to be a bit redundant as you can just as ask the workers a side of salsa as they made you food.
Overall I’m very happy with my experience. I went with the old friend/workout league, and we had a good meal while discussing work and life. Will likely dine there again in the near future.
The only downside is it is slightly pricey but not as bad as some places these days.

Decent food. Won’t recommend the nachos with double meat. My biggest issue is the screw up on the order. I order a taco kit with steak and chicken and I only got the chicken. I order a set of meals and should’ve gotten 2 chips and salsa orders and i only got one. Nachos didn’t have the double meat I paid for. Only chicken really. Again the food doesn’t taste bad but the fact I didn’t get what I ordered is just frustrating. The manager tried and offer a queso and Chips but that’s not what I was missing. Next time I’ll just check everything in front of everyone but I tried to be nice and take the employees word for it but other than that, the fact I’m missing food and wasn’t going 30 minutes back to return it is just irritating. So CHECK EVERYTHING.

For me this place is some kind of Chipottle but better level. I like bowls because you can choose and mix everything what you like and it is fresh and pretty healthy. The salsa bar is pretty good as well. They have kid’s menu which is awesome . But it is not a really clean place and the staff was not so friendly everytime I was there. Prices are fair for good food.

Moe’s is always a winner! We haven’t been since Covid and they are Dine in again. The free chips and salsa is the best deal in town. This location is nestled in the Crestview Hill Towne Center which is a lovely walk around outside shopping experience. I recommend the El Guapo salsa at the salsa bar.

I love to eat here. I have introduced a lot of friends and family to Moe’s and will continue to! They have amazing food and great customer service. The food is never greasy and always wholesome. There is a good variety to choose from between food, drinks, and salsas. Prices are reasonable for portion sizes. It’s great all around!

POS system uses guilt pressure tipping tactic for counter serve non-tipped employees. To remedy this, the POS system should have a 0% tip as an obvious option at the top of the screen without having to figure out how to do some custom tip.

Eric the GM is rude and disrespectful. I won’t be ordering from here and I will be making a complaint to corporate. His behavior is unacceptable and is rude. He clearly needs some training on customer service because he doesn’t have any. I asked to ask for his name 10 times. Unacceptable!
