My wife bought $60 worth of food from here tonight. She brought it home and the rice and beans were uncooked. As seen in the pictures. They were hard and crunchy in every bite. I called and spoke with the manager a white middle aged guy that did not seem to care. He did not offer anything to remedy the situation. I am confident that he will do nothing and this problem will persist. $60 is $60. Update i did not know that un cooked beans and rice can be poisonous and cause severe food poisoning.

10/10 to this place!
The food was great, fresh & delicious – but the best part about it is the staff! The young woman with beautiful long pink hair, D, is an actual angel on this earth! She is a very worker, with a great attitude- she is kind & compassionate above all else- any company would be lucky to have her. She is an asset in life, in general!
Give that girl the raise & recognition she deserves

12-25-25 Was happy to see they were open on Christmas. Workers were friendly, and seemed happy to see customers since they had to work anyway. Wife and I got 3 Homewrecker bowls all the same, and carried one out so we would have supper on the road. Only disappointment was they were out of the Adobo Chicken, so we had white meat instead. But was still great food

Came here on the recommendation of a couple of co-workers. I’ve been to many build your own burrito places across the country. As I write this and eating I’m listening to the employee’s profanity laced rap along with the Pilot music playing overhead. Arrived to a “welcome to Moes” then the attitude started. Got a large burrito. Getting both rices instead of rice and beans is gonna cost you, I was told. OK. Asked for steak and got one small scoop of a few nuggets. Far less than anywhere else especially when spending an extra $2.50. Went through ingredients, got queso then told I would be charged more after it was put on. OK, I still would have put it on. Looked like 8 sauces available behind the counter and I asked for hottest and was told to visit the salsa bar and I can put it on each bite. OK, but I wanted it on the burrito. Burrito tasted strange and I felt the $14 was wasted. Employees don’t seem too happy about working there so that’s where the subpar overall experience starts.

I stopped by to grab some lunch today. I was greeted by the young man Israel. He and his coworker Jaylen were so polite, friendly, and attentive. My food was fresh, tasty, and made with care. These young men displayed excellent customer service skills and deserve a raise!

I’ve been here several times now. They’re always out of half of the menu and the meat is always old and dry. I can never get any cilantro to save my life either.

The service was very intuitive. In fact in my opinion they are way better than Chipotle they don’t try to skimp you on the food the only issue that I have is that they need to turn the fire down on those tortilla chips cuz they were a little bit burnt take them out early when you order queso they give you a healthy amount unlike Chipotle.

If Chipotle had a little cousin this was was it. Same routine of going down the tray line and calling out your ingredients. I did like the fresh lemon and limes and the green and red sauce was all self serve. That was a different touch. Overall I enjoy my meal and was satisfied.

Moe’s is like the Truck Stop Chipotle and I mean that in a good way. Not really a lot of different choices but all variations of the same thing. Isn’t that the way it is with all Mexican food or Southwest in this case? It’s a real find for a truck stop and be prepared to eat way too much food. My buddy takes it and eats it over a couple days he tells me. I always try the bowls but I may try something different I always say. I wish I had some smaller dishes and less pricey for when you want just a small meal. I would say one dish is good for two people. There is one in Midland Texas also which I have dined at before. Bring your appetite.
